Highly recommended audiology service
I received a thorough hearing test with each part explained very clearly. I was given an opportunity to trial hearing aids and detailed information on the aids that I chose. Really good all round service.

Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. Signed up for and attended a hearing test at Oxford street branch. When I arrived the audiologist told me I couldn't have a hearing test because I had wax in my ears. I asked if he could remove the wax (was happy to pay) or do the test anyways and he said no. Why they couldn't advise on the website that this was a possibility is beyond me.

No empathy for disabled clients and poor customer service
I booked a wax cleaning for my son who is Autistic weeks in advance. I Was instructed to put drops in his ears for 2 weeks (traumatic for him). The appointment at Oxford street was confirmed by Boots the day before- and then cancelled by phone with a garbled message -and no explanation on the day of the appointment. We were given a number to call to re-schedule- no one picked up that number. This was very distressing for my son. The only compliment I can pay is to Anna at the Oxford street store who eventually helped my son re-schedule when he went into the store the following week.
To make matters worse: I received the standard reply to this message from Boots that they would like an opportunity to discuss-could I please contact them-which I did- no reply!!
