Above and beyond
I went to the audiologist at Boots Manchester and was a little apprehensive. I have had NHS hearing aids for a couple of years and found them to be inadequate for what I needed. I had been aware for some time that I could have bought some better ones but no audiologist had offered payment options and since I didn't have the money to pay upfront had discounted it. Boots offered a payment scheme and the audiologist was not only more thorough that I had experienced previously but made sure that the hearing aids were the right ones for my needs. I now have aids that I wear all day every day and barely notice I have them in. I also don't miss anything anyone says either. I cant recommend this audiologist Nayab Pervez highly enough she is a credit to the company.
