It would have been 5 had I not been ignored as I sat waiting by a member of the team who walked within a few inches of myself 4 times.I know he possibly was busy but a smile or a bit of eye contact would have been nice. Or “a someone will be with you soon”. I know the pressures as newly retired from 26 years working in primary care of NHS
I could not fault the Audiologist I saw. Friendly informative and gave plenty of time for questions. Everything went smoothly and very impressed by just over a week wait for aids
