Great experience.
Great experience from booking easily online to my actual appointment. Gary explained everything so clearly, the test was thorough and very simple. I had my old hearing aids on the NHS over 15 years ago and hadn’t been checked since. I was shown the different aids and their prices but the was no pressure to buy. I chose the ones I wanted and have now had them fitted and am extremely happy.
