Impressive service and customer care.
I was very impressed with the process. I went in promptly at the time stated.They still had my results from 2016 and were able to compare them. The tests were well explained in advance and afterwards and I had a chance to ask questions and didn’t feel rushed. The different options and prices were made clear and I didn’t feel pushed into choosing the more expensive types. It is very impressive that the aids can be adapted as your hearing changes.
