Very good hearing experience
I was very impressed with the service I received from Shuren at Boots Hearingcare at Reading Oracle. From my first hearing test he explained clearly and helpfully how my hearing was impaired. The follow-up appointment with Shuren was more than thorough with full, clear & non- hurried explanations of all the options available to me to improve my hearing. With two subsequent appointments I now have a superb set of almost invisible hearing aids and much improved hearing. I found Shuren, the audiologist, a complete professional, very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend the Boots Hearingcare service very highly.

Shuren is both very knowlegable and very reassuring.
Nothing is too much trouble and he took a long time to explain everything in great detail. I cannot recommend him enough.
As for the hearing aids themselves they have been a game changer for me.

Lovely lady who put me at ease,
Why I have given 3 stars is because I felt I wasn't given a choice of Hearing aids, felt pushed into purchasing the most expensive Hearing aids at £3999 pounds,

Apalling customer service.
Sold me £3k hearing aids and despite trying for a refund within the 90 days, I was denied and when I tried again outside of the 90 days, I was denied again.
Despite their 90 day money back guarantee
The customer service team have refused to refund a pair of hearing aids that are not fit for purpose, have been over prescribed (The wonderful NHS prescribed only one) and I feel cheated, lied to and would recommend staying far away from this mickey mouse company
