This is more about the replacement of my hearing aids.
It is about the service that Kelly Williams gave me, I have/had a problem with my aids that could not be fixed, even though Kelly did try via emails, after lots of emails. replacement aids was to be the best option. The service that Kelly gave was marvellous,100%. No-one could have given better service and help. I believe that there was some help via Gayathri Ganesh from the Rugby hearing care centre. between these two ladies, the problem has been resolved.

After many years with NHS hearing aids whereby I really struggled to hear, particularly in noisy backgrounds, further to some friends recommendations, I went to the local Boots Hearing shop. I had another hearing test and tried their Phonak rechargeables. I was amazed at the instant advance in my hearing capability. I have not been able to hear with this clarity for 10+ years. Through Covid I could not hear with masks being worn as I couldn't lip-read - now I can. My particular vulnerability and sensitivity was not being able to make out a particular voice or have a discussion in noisy-backgrounds. I'm on my trial period but at present it looks impressive. Thanks Boots.
