I felt very relaxed and not nervous at all due to the gentleman who was doing the hearing tests.
He was very though and explained everything you need to know and I felt not rushed into making any decisions
and best of all he was more concerned about getting the right hearing aids which suited me best without any hard sell to buy.

Good Hearingcare Centre, Excellent Audiologist
Recent visits to Sevenoaks Hearingcare as I've been having issues with my new hearing aids. The Hearingcare centre in Sevenoaks works exceptionally well because, unlike many other Boots Hearingcare branches, it is clearly separated from the Opticians' section. Overall a very well-laid out branch with friendly staff. I'd like to give a special mention to audiologist, Luke McVicker, whose work is really impressive. He not only know his stuff but is also incredibly helpful in the service he offers. No surprises then that his appointments are always fully booked. I strongly recommend Luke for his expertise and customer care, and my own good customer experience.
