Boots cancellation of appointment and no call (text and email only). I had to call them and very limited choices for alternative appointment. Also call centre not aware of required appointment. Cancelled appointment was for full hearing test with new hearing aids. Booked in for a minor fitment check? Wanted same person for test/checks but could not book me on their day at the store
