Amazing and very helpful staff
I was visiting Liverpool when I found myself in need of new tubing for my hearing aid. After trying various other places that wouldn’t help me I booked an appointment here as my last hope. Even after only being open a day they were very helpful and were able to sort me out with new tubing and a spare! I could not be more grateful they were brilliant!

I have not yet received any hearing aid, merely two hearing tests. The conduct of these was what I more or less anticipated - the questions were to the point, the manner of the technician was pleasant and the speed of the whole programme satisfactory.
