Maggie the hearing care assistant at Teesside Park branch was absolutely lovely, I had been putting off getting another hearing because I was embarrassed about hoe bad my hearing was and having to go through the various tests but Maggie soon made me feel at ease with myself and more relaxed and I finally got fitted for a new hearing aid she is a credit to the Boots Hearing Care Team thank you Maggie 👍

Very efficient assistant with lots of patience & knowledge

Maggie was so amazing to work with. She worked through my apprehension regarding hearing aids and explained all the benefits to having them. She even walked around the store with me showing me how the hearing aids worked with the Roger one device.
Definitely went above and beyond.

Very good service. The technician new her stuff and went through a series of hearing tests before carefully explaining the results and detailing the range of hearing aids available.
It is a bit early to say how good the hearing aids are but they do show an improvement in my hearing.

Maggie is really good and patient and listens to your needs and is excellent at providing the correct solution. Follow up calls to make sure everything is correct and working.
You cannot fault the service.

Both appointments were carried out in a most professional manner. The testing process was explained clearly as were details of the hearing aids available. All results were explained simply and with clarity.

First hearing test, long overdue. Maggie was very professional and friendly and I soon felt comfortable and excited about my new hearing aids. Very positive experience and would definitely recommend Boots hearing care.
