Joe, my Audiologist has been amazing at every stage of my consultations. He has been above professional, I cannot rate him high enough. He explained everything and answered all of my questions and provided a wealth of advice. He is kind and compassionate. He has been with me at every stage up to the point of guidance with my Phonak headphones (hearing aids). Thank you Joe
