Fantastic service
I had always got hearing aids from spec savers but became disappointed as I wasn’t hearing well. I went back numerous times but felt that they weren’t interested.
Decided to give Boots a try and was immediately impressed. I went to Uttoxeter and saw a wonderful lady called Gemma. She made me feel like my hearing was important to her. Her caring attitude was lovely.

Friendly and Proffesional Service.
I went with my husband for him to have a hearing test for new hearing aids. Maariyah was lovely she was friendly and took the time to explain what she was doing during the test. She explained everything to him in an easy and professional manner. He was very pleased with the his appointment, and we will be going back in a couple of weeks for a follow up to see how he’s doing. Thank you Maariyah for all your help.
