Device does not work...nearly a year later

I have been complaining about mine since I got it, customer service was phenomenal when I was getting it and after I started saying from day 1 that my device which cost over £1000 is not working and not much attention given. I have been booked in for appointment and not seen until near the time as the appointment was booked without informing me and I have also rang customer service and still nothing.

I cannot hear when anyone speaks to me through the hearing aid, I am using my better ear to listen and respond, it is coming up to a year and still nothing has been done about it.
I have asked to change it for something else from day one and nothing has been done. I feel like I am a guinea pig trying to get to the best solution and still no chance. I went last Saturday booked in for a long appointment and still nothing change. When I left Boots it started making a funny interference noise again. I had to turn it off.
No manager or anyone got back to me to support me and although they said they would no one have. They haven't even gave me any option whatsoever, no one cares as far as I see as long as they get your money and I think this is unfair as the device is like a piece of shell it doesn't do its job and I do not think this is fair.

If I could rate this a zero I would.
You are asking me to add further information it would be a lot to say. Because as I said this is going on from day one and still no help or support given to rectify this, I am currently unable to wear my hearing aid that cost me alot. If you check my records you will see all the visits and the complains made and now I am told its almost a year, noteven a phone call to resolve this.
