vey good attention to detail and explanation of the procedure

As I have spent a lot of money on hearing aids, I expect to have exemplary care and advice and indeed my specialist was very careful to explain in great detail all the aspects of the aids. Still finding them a bit strange but the aftercare will be very good, I'm sure. My only real problem is that I have ones that fitinto my inner ear and they are extremely itchy. I have been assured I will get used to this. I hope it's soon!

Six Appointments cancelled by sending me a…

Appointments cancelled by sending me a text message 3days before the renewed appointment was given this is now over six months with six appointment Boots have given to me the latest one was to be 6th June at the Wellingborough hearing centre today 5th June a text to say it has been cancelled the 6th time this one was arranged by a telephone call to me on a Sunday 4 weeks ago she even told me it was with my usual audiologist who i would be seeing i now have two hearing aids that cost me £1800 that are no longer fit for purpose and need replacing for new ones that i need to buy i do not understand how Boots are able to be so inconsiderate to a client of 81 years age by this targeted attack towards a customer which is giving me suicidal thoughts and stress because of their treatment to me .
