Although everything was explained to me clearly step by step and I was put at ease after my hearing test was finished and I was fitted with hearing aids and it was amazing that I could hear again properly I was very excited that I could purchase them on the day especially I had two weddings to go to in the same week my daughters 30th birthday and my daughters baby shower that I would be hearing people more clearly talking but after I paid the deposit the computer crashed and although Giles desperately tired to call up and get things sorted it was impossible so I then had to take the hearing aids off and I had to leave with nothing knowing I had a few events coming up and I know I was going to struggle hearing people my appointment was on the 19th August 2026 and my next appointment is not until the 7th September 2026. Since then I have been calling up daily to see if there has been a cancellation but nothing. It’s a real shame that there is not a system in the branch that if a cancellation comes in to be contacted. I just feel a bit disappointed that I have had to wait for my hearing aids to be fitted.

A pleasant friendly welcome. Comfortable surroundings and relaxed manner. Staff very helpful and informative. No pressure to buy a more expensive item. Excellent follow up procedures to keep you informed by phone and visiting.
