Just spoke with Omar, he was amazing, listened to me and explained everything - so good that I will be ordering again - such an asset to the company!!

Terrible, not Boots but AO.com
Delivery didn’t turn up, 40 minute wait on the phone and then customer service just hung up. Rang driver and he was abusive and rude. No order correspondence at all. Still can’t get a refund as can’t get through to anyone. Refuse to you
Had freezer delivered, not working correctly
Had freezer delivered. Not working correctly, got uplift from Manufacturer. This was sent by engineer to supplier, supplier sent back to me - sent request for update to BOOTS twice, tried calling 40mins later no answer. So far nothing. All this should have just been automatic, I accept slow, covid, but nothing happening at all.
This company is powered by AO.com
This company is powered by AO.com, as explained by the sales team, who also lied to me about how good their customer service was, but this turned out to be untrue, I was sold a washing machine returned by another customer & they resold it back to me, so not only are AO.com dishonest, but shocking liars, I will never use Boots Kitchen Appliance again, ever!
Disappointed with installation and customer services
I am very disappointed with them. Ordered an oven which was delivered yesterday. I paid £100 for installation and had paid for a gas fitter and electrician before to get everything up to specifications for fitting. Both the gas fitter and electrician checked the cookers specifications for me too. On arrival the delivery person immediately refused to fit the oven because of a wooden trim around my worktop - which is just nonsense. So I’ve now got to arrange and pay for someone else to fit it. This isn’t ideal and quite stressful as my son is shielding but we obviously couldn’t live without a working oven. I tried to make it as straightforward as possible but Boots Kitchen Appliances haven’t helped. I’ve been told I will get my money back for the installation payment - but this isn’t good enough. I was put through to customer services but after a 42 minute wait I gave up. Consequently, I wish I’d gone somewhere else.
Not a reliable company
Did not deliver on delivery day, wait time to call them is very long, 60+ minutes total. Was told that the delivery driver that morning did not turn up, so they should have told us much earlier that it would not be delivered that day (if that reason was even true). The lady on the phone was very apologetic and kind and gave us a new delivery date and £20 back in apology. However, I cannot recommend this company as they are clearly unreliable. I have not received the boots points yet and other reviews have stated they did not get any either so its not worth ordering from here, everything they sell comes from AO.com anyway, which I have used before with no issues.
Not Boots! Fake company
This is not Boots or Boots.com. This is a company pretending to be. Boots don't sell appliances
Shocking delivery service Boots Appliances
I am giving one star to Boots Appliances only because there is no option to give zero stars or minus. I ordered a oven from them a week ago that was supposed to arrived today between 6am and 8pm. I waited the whole day with no communication from them. I was tracking the delivery on their website up until 7.45 pm. Rgen it came up with failed delivery. We are now left without an oven and have cancelled the order as we do not trust that it would turn up. We have also had to cancel and electrician we had booked to instal the appliance. I would advice anyone not to use this company as the delivery service is appalling!! In fact you are actually using AO delivery when you order with Boots as it was AO who cancelled my order. I have now had two failed deliveries by AO in 2 days.
Hiked up prices of same order after covid by over 20%
had to cancel order placed prior to covid as could not get access to apartment safely. When ordering same appliance post covid - cost have gone up by over 20%.
Boots points
Great service regarding delivery of fridge freezer. I purchased it 24th June and my boot points still haven't gone onto my card. Emailed them twice and no response. Just tried to call and was on hold 46 minutes before I gave up. This is very frustrating. Only chose to order from this company due to the boots points which I still haven't received.
Absolute nightmare to get through to…
Absolute nightmare to get through to them and when you do, after a minimum of thirty minutes they promise the world that it will all be sorted. The Tumble dryer supplied on the 01/06/2020 was not of merchantable quality and the next day I spoke to them on the phone about the problem and they arranged for Candy, the manufacturer of the machine, to call me back. Candy were aware of the problem, namely, due to long storage the drum goes out of shape and becomes elliptical, resulting in it making a very loud thumping noise when in use. They advised, however, that after being used for six hours it will correct itself and it will return to being a circular round drum. In short I contacted them again by phone as the machine was unacceptably noisy after six hours of use. I was advised that on some occasions it might take ten hours, ten hours later and the noise from the machine is louder than ever and is generating complaints from neighbours! Phone calls and emails and I was getting no were fast so I send a recorded delivery letter that clearly let it be known I wanted this nightmare of a machine collected and a full refund. As I work during the day it was arranged I would receive a call when the collection vehicle was thirty minutes away as I would need between twenty and thirty minutes to return home. The driver phoned and advised he would be with me in three minutes, I advised him that it was arranged that I would be contacted thirty minutes before, he reply no one had told him. I asked could he wait or call later, he replied that he would be with me in three minutes and waiting or calling back later were not an option. I then explained that unless he knew of a way for me to cover a twenty to thirty minute journey in three minutes there was little point in me setting off. After a few hours I received a phone call from customer services and it was re booked for the next day as a priority collection and that they would collect between 8am and 10am and on that basis I waited in. No phone call, no vehicle no collection and not a word from them since and that is over two weeks ago! As a customer of Boots Kitchen Appliances you will not have the goods as described and paid for but will have large telephone bills and be covering the same ground over and over again with their customer services team! Avoid the stress and avoid Boots Kitchen Appliances as life is just too short. Good job I paid for it on a Credit Card as the bank are now taking over.
The worst seller I've come across in my life
This is the worst seller I've come across in my life. We bought a refrigerator. Never in my life has a light burned up in a fridge, but this one did. The whole unit is damaged. Wrote and mailed to Boots, filled in their webform. Called them but after 30 minutes waiting still no answer. Never ever again will we buy from these crooks again.
Don't buy your appliances from Boots
As with many other reviewers I wish I had read previous reviews. I was given a three hour delivery slot on the designated day. Time went by, 3 hours were up and using the track the driver I could see he was located about 15 minutes from where I lived with 2 drops still to make. I had to go out so left a message on front door which was ignored! and item was taken away. I received an email asking me to phone and re-arrange. I have phoned every day, sometimes more than once and the wait time given by answering service has never been less than 49 minutes one being 2 hours!! Totally unacceptable I am still waiting for any kind of response and to get the item I have bought and paid for. . I would never recommend Boots to my friends and family and I only hope someone pulls their finger out sooner rather than later
I wish i had read these reviews
I wish i had read these reviews! Rec'd text today stating would deliver between 7-9. Waited 4 hours, no phone call and couldn't connect to the driver. Called customer service told 30 minute wait - really. ( I am the customer). Thought about nice lady called on Friday trying to sell me insurance so tried that number and although they don't have anything to do with delivery he gave me the mobile for the driver (very useful). The driver said that he had told the HO that the washing machine wasnt available for deliver and they should have called me!!! Said I wanted some one to call me in 1/2 hour - they did. She apologised and said it would be delivered next day but couldn't give me a specific time. After saying that I had lost 4 hours work so I'm out of pocket she just said that she apologised. After a bit of demand about having a specific time slot for delivery, which she couldnt give me (not happy), she offered £20 compensation. I got it up to £30 and now have a 5 hour slot for delivery 2moro. Lets see if its delivered. My message is, if you can't get through to the customer services use the sales number, and push for compensation for delay in delivery.
Save yourself a lot of grief - don't buy from Boots Kitchen Applicances
New oven and cooker hood was due to be delivered and installed today. Had been waiting since 7am and at 10am they rang to say the delivery drivers had just realised the oven was not in their lorry so they couldn't deliver today. The next delivery day they offered me is in 2 weeks time. I mean, REALLY??????? Their ineptitude means that I now have to wait another 2 weeks with a broken oven. No apology, no compensation, and a 45 minute wait on hold to speak to someone about this mess. Just shockingly bad customer service. Avoid this place at all costs. It's just not worth the hassle.
Awful service. WOULD NOT RECOMEND
Awful service. Order never even turned up even after giving a specific delivery time and date. Difficult to cancel my order. Would NOT recommend
Just have to say how impressed I was…
Just have to say how impressed I was with using BKA. Ordered a fridge freezer which was received on a Saturday lunchtime, but the appliance was too small for my requirements. Called customer services & was on hold for 40 mins (otherwise it would have been a 5* review), spoke to a helpful customer services advisor & received replacement & collection by 11am Monday morning. Couldn't have asked for better than that.
Boots kitchen appliances are a complete…
Boots kitchen appliances are a complete sham of a company, one star only because you can’t leave a review without at least one😤
49 min wait time on phones!
Just tied to phone regarding my delivery and I was told the wait time would be 49 minutes!!!!!! Last week it was 37 which I thought was bad enough?
Very bad customer service
Amongst the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered r appliances. Give them their due, Boots were the cheapest for those appliances (but don't let that persuade you to buy from them, because other companies will happily price match them). Parts were missing from the fridge freezer. Over two months later, despite numerous calls to Boots (totalling well over two hours of my time on the phone, mostly listening to hold music) and promises that I would receive the parts, nothing has been received.

Six Appliances Ordered
I ordered six appliances for a new kitchen we were having installed. Arranged for delivery a few days before fitting. Everything showed up on the day stipulated and have now been fitted. Saved £20 per appliance compared to AO (who I believe supplied them) and am now awaiting a Topcashback payment and loads of Boots advantage points. All this during lockdown. I have read reviews saying points are slow to appear so will monitor this. Overall everything was easy and hassle free.
