Still after 10 days my shirts have not shipped. I paid for expedited shipping as well. This seems to be a common issue.

Cheap, poor quality simulated western shirts

I got western shirts with slash pockets and what I thought the pictures showed as cool fabric appliques on the western style yokes. I received both shirts promptly. Unfortunately they are made of very thin poor quality fabric that might be cotton. They aren't soft and there are no yokes, applique or pockets. All of that is just a poorly applied print, I'm guess some kind of fabric ink. I would not buy these again at any price.

I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could. They claim the shirt was delivered, but my address is a PO Box, and you can't deliver to the post office when it's closed. Then they sent me a different tracking number that a day later said it was delivered... but to Washington state...my address was in Wisconsin. They don't take measures to ensure you'll get your product and take no responsibility when you don't receive it.

Edit for your reply:
1. You cant deliver a package to a closed post office, there's no one there to receive it, which is the purpose of having a PO Box. Your tracking number said it was delivered nearly 3 hours after they closed. I talked to my post office and no one received it.
2. When I emailed you about this you gave me a different tracking number that stated it was delivered either the next day or 2 days later to a different state.
If you're using an unreliable shipping company, then you are also unreliable. Buyers beware.

It was marked as delivered to the front door based on the shipping details you provided at the time of your order.

We recommend double-checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office to see if they received the parcel on your behalf. Since the tracking shows delivery, and there is no indication of a failed attempt, we are unfortunately limited in what further actions we can take.

We understand how frustrating it can be when there are issues with delivery, and we want to clarify a few points to help resolve this matter.

Firstly, as we mentioned in our previous communication, the tracking number we provided reflects that your package was delivered by the local courier, not directly to your local post office. This sometimes happens when local couriers handle the final leg of delivery. The second tracking number we shared is also valid, and it is provided by our local distributor. According to the tracking information, your package was delivered to the correct state, and not to a different state as you may have understood.

Additionally, we have provided you with delivery photos that show the parcel at the delivery location. These are part of our effort to ensure transparency and assist you in tracking your order.

Literally the worst shirt I’ve ever…

Literally the worst shirt I’ve ever received quality wise. It is so thin and feels like plastic. Colours don’t match the website and they won’t reply to my emails.

Print looked cheap and HARD time returning!

Print looked cheap and I wanted to return or an exchange it. Customer service was terrible, would not exchange and wanted me to ship back to China!

Chinese company through and through

Chinese company through and through. Website is a facade for cheap products. Shirts arrived and had the texture of a light poncho or rain jacket. Print was fuzzy and not clear. Overall, expensive for the product received.

Bad experience throughout

Bad experience throughout
After ordering 3 shirts I waited over 3 weeks to receive them.
The material is terrible. I will not wear these shirts because the fabric is scratchy and they just look really cheap. They are not 100% cotton as described on the website.

I asked the company for return instructions and they said I can keep the shirts and they will give me a 30% refund. As mentioned, I don't want the shirts so I told them I want a full refund. They are willing to give me a full refund but I have to send them to them in China. Not sure how much that would cost or what the process would be but I'm not going to jump through those hoops. I will reach out to my credit card company.
In short, I would not recommend buying from Boozele.

They use stolen art on their shirts.

They stole one of my original artworks and used it on a shirt without my permission. Don't buy from this scammy company!

They do not allow customer reviews on their website!!! It says only verified customers can leave reviews and I bought two shirts from them and was trying to review the exact shirt that I bought. This is crazy so I came here.

These are shirts do not look like they do in the pictures. And if he send it back, you have to pay for the shipping back to China!! I had to hound them about my order because it took so long to get here and then the shirts didn’t look like they did in the picture and they tried to, get me to ship it back but charge me the shipping. They look solid online, but they’re basically so thin you can see through there ….
