Very easy to use, convenient and quick. I am however slightly annoyed by the methods used to check parcels as one of my items was close to being damaged. No significant damage occurred though and I hope that this is an isolated incident.

Borderlinx account offers options of local providers, but whichever you choose, the expensive DHL Express gets used in the end, both internationally AND locally. So, if you ship something small, the cost will be quite prohibitive.
The customer support is only provided via live chat and the support person refuses to acknowledge the problem of misleading the customers by providing an option to choose the local partner which is then not used in the end.
If this option was not given, I wouldn't have created an account as I only needed to ship a small and inexpensive letter so obviously DHL is an overkill for that and I would get overcharged compared to sending the letter via regular mail which would get handled by the local regular mail as well.
Furthermore, the original letter contained a small transparent bag of spare screws for a laptop. This small bag was apparently cut open at the corner and checked by Borderlinx upon receipt for whatever reason and they didn't bother to close it back so when the letter was received and opened to retrieve the bag of screws, the screws were spread out outside of the original bag and ended up on the floor. The repacking service consisted of opening the original letter and the small transparent plastic bag and then resealing and reusing the letter, but not the small bag.
Not sure if I'd risk sending something valuable through this repacking service.
