My order is lost .. somewhere

I‘m waiting since 7 days for my delivery. Tracking shows no progress. The chat support is not able to fix the issue. The email support is not responding. Superbad

This is a very great service

This is a very great service, my package came quickly. I wish that Borderlinx would give you more shipping options at checkout, such as a slower ground option which would be cheaper. Other than that it is a great service.

I had a lost delivery from Borderlinx…

I had a lost delivery from Borderlinx in September of 2017 and I still have not had the claim settled. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they do not reply. I would not recommend using this company and I will never use them ever again.

Acceptable experience.

Good fast service and easy to operate/manage. However international shipping to Singapore via DHL is still quite pricy and makes no sense to use unless you are buying items on sale. Eg: my purchases were $65 aprox shipping was $41. Further I got my items in two parcels even though I have activated my repacking option.

Our repacking service allow to repack individual shipment only in order to reduce its dimensions. Unfortunately, we are unable to merge multiple shipment into single box, and is well defined on our website.

However, you can benefit from our Consolidation services by shopping multiple items and shipping them together. You can also use same Suite with friends & family. This way you save a lot on the shipping fee.
