Great service all round found a t shirt that I had been looking for for a while and came across this company . They even rang to confirm my address and next day delivery as promised. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I ordered trainers for my son online. I didn’t receive a confirmation email so wasn’t sure if my order had gone through, even though a payment had been made.
I needn’t have worried.
One quick phone call to the store the next morning and I didn’t have to even give my name, they knew about my order, my name and shipping info. I was told my parcel would with the courier that day.
My order arrived this morning and my son could not be happier with his new trainers.

What a fantastic company. Really helpful on the phone and the shoes we ordered late in the afternoon were delivered the very next day !

Really wanted to drop a quick review to commend the amazing support by the Bored of Southsea team.

Initially I contacted their team as I wanted to buy a product, which unfortunately they didn't have. I was however, replied to the same day by a very helpful guy named Gary, and was given a long list of other stores to contact, along with a specific date which definitely helped - with fast replies through the whole exchange.

Really recommend these guys for that alone.

the lads in the shop were really friendly, I recently chipped my last board like badly and I walk in, get a deck, ask for clear grip (they even gave me a sticker) they mount my trucks and wheels on and Its amazing
I love my new board so much

Ordered an item from them that arrived quickly it had however been damaged in the post. Called the shop to order again asking that they would package better. They asked for a photo of item then sent a replacement without charging me and put a load of free stickers in too. It may not seem like much but I can't fault that service, better than I expected, pleasure to deal with.

Excellent company. 100% use again. Parcel was heavily delayed - although this was a Royal Mail issue. The parcel was shipped straight away and CS was excellent once the parcel hadn’t arrived.

The best. Hands down.
