Bose is definitely not worth the Money…

Bose is definitely not worth the Money you pay for a product they can not repair. I needed to change the battery on my Bose QC35 and was told the battery can not be replaced even though I seen how it can be replaced. The rubber piece that goes around the plastic cup is not available for replacement. Do Not Purchase these products and go for ones that cost much less but are better quality

These people LIE AMD SCAM TO GET SALES AVOID DEALING WITH THESE PIECES OF GARBAGE. Tell me im getting a product shipped from Ontario express on Monday sept 22 only.to find out they ship from Arizona and after had products stolen by UPS would have not purchased now the product has been in ONTARIO SINCE THE 25TH OF SEPTEMBER AND NO DELIVERY DONT BUY FROM.THESE DEGENERATE SCUMBAGS

Airbuds QCII

Airbuds QCII: funcionaron bien cerca de 10 meses, después la conexión empezó a fallar, un auricular no carbs a, luego el otro…luego ambos cargaron bien, ahora no puedo conectarlos al bluetooth o se desconectan después de minutos. TERRIBLE PRODUCTO Y CARO!!! Nunca más.
Airbuds QCII, they worked 10 months good, then they started losing connection, then one hearbud stop charging, after weeks it worked again, then the other side failed…after some months all good again. Now I cannot connect with Bluetooth or it get disconnected in few minutes, I tried so reinstall but now the device is not even recognising the product. TERRIBLE, never again!

DONT BUY!

To ALL who think about spending the money on the quiet comfort earbuds, DO NOT waste your time. I purchased a pair 13 months ago because I lost my Jabra's on a military mission. (JABRA's were phenomenal btw) I thought I would spend the money on BOSE because they tout being the best in quality and sound and blah blah. Well at precisely 13 months (conveniently outside the warranty) the Left ear but stopped taking charge. I did all the trouble shooting on my own, and made it to customer service, finally. The answer was well we can only offer you a refurbished set for nearly $300. And then after expressing frustration with that option they said ok we will make an exception and send you a refurbished pair. WHY would I want to replace my malfunctioning ear buds for a new set THAT HAD TO BE FIXED FOR SOMEONE ELSE!?!! That is HORRIBLE PRODUCT backing.

BUY JABRA they were great and reliable and durable.

bose quiet comfort ultra earbuds expensive and if ear bud lost no replacement you need to buy new set to make thinks worse the find my bud app dosnt work which leaves you screwed poor from such a high end product

Worst company ever.

Worst company ever.

Ordered items that showed in stock ready to ship. 12 days later and they still haven't shipped.

Now Bose tells me it will be another week or more. To add insult to injury, they transferred me to the wrong department and then hung up on me.
Never again...dont waste your time.

customer service is a joke, recieved a clearly opened package with missing headphones, reported this and provided all images and video proof, told to wait 72 hours, then waited and again said same thing, 2 weeks down the line they just keep telling me to wait for a update, awful customer support and no help in trying to sort a solution , case id is 299428830

Poor Customer Service processes

I officially registered my request to send my L1 Model II to Bose for repair. I was informed that I would receive an email within an hour to process the payment, but I did not receive anything. The next day, I called again and provided the reference number. The representative attempted to send a payment form to my email and promised to call back at noon to confirm receipt, but I never heard back.
Later, around 16:00, I spoke with another agent, who tried to take my payment using an alternate email address, but that also failed. He mentioned he would escalate the issue to his finance team, who would call me within 48 hours. It’s frustrating that all this effort is just to process a payment of £129 and book my base unit for repair. Overall, this has not been an impressive customer experience. I cannot find anyway of contacting Bose except by telephone (Philippines Call Centre) - the operators are lovely but the service, in a nutshell, is very poor.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Connectivey a joke. I’ve got four Bose devices and two of them simply drop Bluetooth connections at will. It’s simply awful. I’m finished buying Bose products- after being a loyal customer for 20 years!!

Brilliant support

Just spoken with a technician who spent 30 minutes guiding me through setting up my 500 speaker. His patience and courtesy and simple step by step instructions were excellent. Without his intervention and support I would not have been able to complete the set up. Absolutely brilliant!!

Bose - low quality, high prices

I bought Bose Sleep Buds 5 years ago. After 18 months they failed. There were no customer service options on Bose because Bose dropped the product line. They could not be repaired. Bose did not respond to me. A total write off after only 18 months.

I bought Bose Quiet Comfort II in August 2023. Two months ago the right bud quit charging. There were many "how to" fix guides both from Bose and third parties. I was able to reset the firmware which did not help. Today I brought them into Bose who told me they were broken and could not be repaired. Again, they only lasted 18 months before they were worthless. The store offered me a small discount on the latest release of the buds. It is ridiculous. I have to basically buy new buds because the old ones failed and are not under warranty.

I think Bose plans less than two years to obsolescence. You you end up paying $20-$30 or more a month for your time enjoying them.

I had to tell the sales guy the discount would not work and I will NEVER buy another Bose product. Incredibly low quality. Incredibly bad customer support.

In Today’s World, Bose’s Exceptional Service Feels Unbelievable

I have received the best service anyone could ask for from Bose. Their customer service and policy are second to none.

A few years ago, I bought Bose earbuds. After about two and a half years, they stopped working properly. I contacted Bose, and without hesitation they asked me to return the earbuds and, within a few days, sent me a brand-new pair.

Two years later, the same thing happened again. Once more, Bose immediately replaced my device with their latest and more advanced version—without arguments, delays, or complications. Unlike most other companies (including Apple), Bose truly honors and respects their customers.

This kind of honesty and commitment is rare, and I hold huge respect for this company.

I strongly recommend Bose products—not only for their excellent quality but also for their outstanding customer service and the way they value their customers.

Thank you, Bose!

They are so poor they won’t repair their own products

So, I bought a pair of Bose Noise cancelling Ear Buds which are not cheap. They broke in under 2 years and when I called Bose to get the item repaired it was explained they couldn’t be repaired.
I was offered a replacement for which I had to pay an admittedly discounted price but this has to be accepted in 48 hours or the offer would expire, I’m not certain as to why it is such an emergency that you only have 2 days.
As part of the final procedure Bose charged me an extra £15 to deliver it.
So to clarify… Because you made what must be a poor product that broke I have to buy another product with 48 hours to get a discount and then you charge me for delivery when in actual fact all this was avoidable had the initial product been properly made.
Fortunately their customer service was very “SORRY” but there was nothing they could do.
Get something from somewhere else where they have proper back up, and a transparent return policy

Third set of QC Ultra earbuds!

Waiting for my third set of QC Ultra earbuds to arrive under warranty. First set had a case charging issue, second set had a faulty left ear bud. Now need to purchase a replacement for vacation as UPS messed up the delivery and Bose can’t get them redirected. Useless service. Been a Bose customer for years but now time to look at other brands.

Poor build quality and TERRIBLE software

My Bose QC35IIs are the most frustrating thing I own, by far! The amount of times I've nearly thrown them out of the window is insane - everything is SO difficult and unintuitive, even little things like turning off voice prompts... you can't really do it because you will always hear "battery low, please charge now"... wtf is that if it's not a voice prompt?! So many issues with connectivity and changing device - I made the mistake of connecting them to my TV, and now if I ever turn my headphones off anywhere in my house I will immediately get TV audio and no simple way to change it. The app is absolute garbage too.

Genuinely, I will never ever buy another Bose product. The price is nowhere near justified.

Terrible Products, don't buy.

Electronics sold by Bose only last roughly a year longer than the warranty.
My Quietcomfort Ultra earbuds are starting to disintegrate at the 2 year mark and the Software is honestly the worst I have ever encountered in a consumer product. My Soundlink Flex (3 years old) just stopped working without a sign of life and due to the design of the internals its not possible to repair it myself.

Customer service is less than helpful, only parrotted back what's written on their useless website and at the end suggested I buy a new one with a "discount" of 11€. What a joke

I used to love Bose and have had many…

I used to love Bose and have had many products over the years but will be moving on. Customer service is non existent now and I’m afraid that’s a deal breaker for me. Sent an email on the 23rd July but still haven't had a response, they just want you to talk to a bot now, they really couldn’t care and don’t deserve the loyalty. The Sonos sound bar I bought was amazing so will be replacing our Bose sound system with Sonos this year.

Bose, the embodiment of your worst nightmare

If you want to meet the embodiment of your worst nightmare, buy from Bose! Worst purchase of my life and customer service experience ever! Their products are super dodgy and teem with bugs. I went through 2 pairs of their most expenesive earbuds (Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds), both defective generating a ton of crackling noise in the right earbud. To make matters worst, they dragged me along for more than a month to issue my refund and then the moment you request a refund they take away your ability to write a product review on their website so no one knows how sh** their products are! Disgusting!

Faulty product

Faulty product. Not even 6 months and the product was breaking down. Tech Support didn't own up to their supposed quality standards. Their solution: pay for a replacement. Disgraceful. Never buying their products again (after 15 years as a loyal customer).
