I never had any issue with my orders, great packaging and delivery service.

Product is perfect and of the quality I would have expected. Also customer service did very well by me offering a great resolution to my placing an order just before they had a sale.

I ordered a Daily Routines Tray in Togo Blue and I reached out about customization of the interior pockets. Buse reached backed me and said they would gladly be able to customize the tray to my request. Today, I received the tray and it is perfect, exactly how I requested it. The craftsmanship is top-notch, the leather and suede look great, and it even came in a nice cloth bag. I highly recommend Bosphorous Leather, their products are definitely worth it!

Great beautiful strap. The only problem is the color is off from what they are showing on the website. I understand the photo can't be exactly the same as actual prtoduct but this is a lot off and not just little off. The picture shown on website is like green and the strap I recived is more like gray.

I bought a Watch Collectors Case that unfortunately arrived with a broken latch. It took awhile (because most of their cases are made to order), but yesterday I received a replacement and couldn't be happier. They included a watch strap for my troubles. The case is awesome! Really well made. And the service at Bosphorus is even better! Buse and Adem were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company!

Very disappointed with the initials engraving, paid extra for this but i feel it has taken away from the over all quality of the product.

Engraving is very untidy and sloppy. regretting getting the engraving.

I ordered 4 pieces so was a big order for gifts.

Ordered the fark gray color however i have received a light gray, doesnt match the image on website at all.

I am female with small wrists so was hoping that the smallest size on offer would work and its perfect.

Very happy with this product. It is extremely well made, buttons snap together effortlessly on closure without need to line them up.

I've got the Petra watch case (6) in Togo leather since last week. The quality of the case is by far better than my current vegan watch case one with a reasonable price. For example, rigid structure, shiny hardware, premium outside leather, fine interior, well fit pillow, packaging, and delivery.

7-By far the best part of my entire experience was the customer experience. Buse was immediately responsive, incredibly kind and supportive to all my questions and inquiries.
8-When I purchased my item it was right before the holiday season. At the time I seemingly thought I missed out on the holiday season discounts. I reached out to Buse and without hesitation I received a partial refund in the amount of the holiday season discounts, followed up by a wonderfully written email notifying me that they would happily accommodate my request.

If you are looking for a quality product, unique features and individualism coupled with a customer service that is second to non, this is the store for you.

It’s really difficult to overstate the quality of the product. I purchased a daily routine tray a while back and was blown away. I had a watch box that sat next to the tray, but the routine tray made my old watch box look cheap by comparison so I decided to upgrade the box. I ordered a watch trunk in the same color scheme as my tray and man oh man is it a beauty. I couldn’t ask for a higher quality item. I’m really happy I made the investment. I also got a really good deal during the week of Black Friday.

Quick delivery, excellent product. Had the smallest of scratches on the front of the watch roll - otherwise a great storage solution for a watch.
