I visited the Boss shop at Sloane square, London, today as I had accidentally ripped my Hugo Boss black jeans at the office. I was looked after by Yana who was fantastic! Excellent customer service and I left wearing a replacement pair of black Boss jeans. Lovely clean shop and friendly staff, I shall certainly be returning as I am not a huge fan of online shopping, especially returning items which don't fit or look different in real life. Thank you!

Canary Wharf London branch. Visited today to return a shirt I bought yesterday and store manager was nasty and said could not give refund as it had a 10% discount applied to it which meant it no longer qualified for a refund. There is no mention of that on the receipt but she tried to humiliate me in front of other customers and point blank refused to give me refund. I pointed out that I had bought three pairs of trousers and a shirt and was a regular customer but to no avail. I literally had to argue it out with her and stood my ground and she then gave me my refund. She was nasty and never again will I buy Hugo Boss. She is not a good store manager and neither is she doing Hugo Boss any favours working there. They have lost another customer. I was appalled by the store manager's behaviour (date of visit 30/04/2023). How do these people keep their jobs???!!!!
Good luck returning anything at all
I've been trying to return a Christmas sweater since the new year. Every time I call them and ask for a simple return label, they say our team will email it to you within 5-7 business days. They give me the same run-around and say we're on it without ever doing anything and I think the people you talk to on the phone know about it and they just answer the next call and say give us a week to each customer without actually doing anything. With Amazon, you'll get a return label by the time you get off the phone. I can't see how a company as big as HB is this inefficient but obviously they are, so I won't ever purchase a product from them again.

Bought jeans for c £100 and the sizing was way off - not an issue but when I phoned customer service I took option of taking back to store - spent an hour driving and in traffic jams to get to York store only to be told that - as it is an outlet store- nothing could be done - absolutely nothing ; unbelievable! It’s a boss store all of the stock is boss and owned by boss but they wouldn’t do a thing - store staff dismissive and when I called customer services to complain to a manager for wasting half a day of my week I was told I would have to email and wait for them to deal with it - I have had NO contact ; to be honest the whole experience from this so called luxury brand is totally frustrating; the product isn’t that good and the customer service is terrrible - my advice - avoid

Been in Oxford street boss ..the new store .. it’s looks amazing from outside but inside I couldn’t even undress my self to try .. was too cold, when I asked one of stuff the answer was we don’t have heaters.., even the stuffs who work they were freezing ..I just left without trying or buying . Do not use hugo boss online for anything! Worst customer service anywhere. They lie constantly and you never get a straight answer. I've made this mistake twice...even when you pay for expedited delivery, it doesn't reach you as promised. Don't waste your tone or money with these grifters‼️

I bought a brown leather belt with a chrome-plated buckle. The Italian-leather belt itself is very good. The buckle, however, is awful. After a year or so, the chrome was wearing off. Before long, enough of the copper under-plating was exposed to leave a dark mark on the leather. Because I reported outside the six-month guarantee period, Boss did not want to know. Shabby. I could have bought a better belt down the market for £15.00
Rude staff at Bluewater
Great clothes but dont use the Bluewater store. Staff are rude, unhelpfull and incompetent. Seem to hate their customers. Best to use online.

WORST EVER
I was shopping for a tie for my husband. After choosing one I came up to the register to pay for the purchase. As the associate-Jaquis- was helping me we were having a small talk and I said I'm not sure if my husband likes the tie so I may need to return it. He finished scanning, I paid and as he was packing I asked "so what's the return policy here?" and he said "oh you can't return the item, it's store credit only". From what I understand it's the store policy and that's totally fine. But what is really upsetting is that I was literally talking to him about possibly needing to return the item and he didn't say a word that it's not an option. And only after completing the purchase I found out that I won't be able to make a return on the $70 tie that I may not need. I felt like this situation is somewhat unique and common courtesy and logic dictate that I would be informed of the store policy since I just expressed my thought on possibly needing to return the item. That's what I told the associate and he just said he can't do anything since that's the policy.
So I left the store and called customer service. The associate over the phone seemed to understand why I was upset over what happened. She mentioned I could file a complaint, she also called the store and (maybe I misunderstood what she meant) told me that I can call the store and the manager who she spoke with - Anthony- will be able to help me. Since I was still at the mall I decided to go back to the store and speak to him face to face instead. But after explaining the situation to him, Anthony told me the same thing - that it was the store policy and he couldn't do anything about it. Which got me even more frustrated because - like I said I may have misunderstood the associate over the phone but - I was going back to the store with the understanding that this situation can be fixed, not to hear it one more time that nothing can be done. So I returned the tie for store credit, but this whole experience is so frustrating and disappointing that I'm struggling to see myself going back shopping to any Hugo Boss store. So now I'm out of $70 and have a card from a store that I don't want to return to. I have called and emailed multiple time since April (yes, it's going on since April) and only once I got email from some Debra saying they r not ignoring me!!!!!

Surprised 😮 at the bad reviews. I’ve placed few orders and never had any issues. Returns ok and refund issued quickly. Wish their ladies sizing would be a bit more realistic as they are made very small. Other than that, no issues 👍🏻

The worst experience
The worst experience. Everything has been difficult - they even labeled the package wrong. Both the times. I send some trousers back and ordered them in another size. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten my money back. They are rude when you write them and they absolutely do not care if you complain. I will never order anything from that place again.

I spent 300 pounds on a pair of faulty shoes. The customer service told me that it could not be repaired or replaced, and they can only give me store credit. I wasted a month communicating with this sucked customer service. I would never ever buy this brand again. Never!!!
CHEAPO BOSS stole $590
I bought a Tuxedo for my wedding and returned it back since it ran right. Returned it back the next day.
It’s been over a month and until now Hugo Boss has never issued my refund! I have tried reaching out to them via emails and calls but they are so complacent about the whole issue. Outright thievery!!! Of $590. The return was received on 6th January , but no refund. Be careful before you buy something online from here. You may get cheated.

I have been using Hugo Boss Nuit perfume for women for 5 years and still love it . All my friends love it too . My brother loves the night eau de toilette for men. It smells so fresh like you just came out of shower . Their polo shirts are good quality but a bit pricey.
I will buy only when it is on sales .

It is difficult to describe the experience of dealing with this company, it is so awful
They sent the wrong trousers to my son despite me holding the trousers in my hand in the store confirming the size and style I wanted
When they sent size 40 (european size 56) to my 36 inch son the trousers were promptly returned via UPS .
They have not given me a refund. When they sent an email asking me to fill in my details and their ‘special code’, it doesn’t accept this and throws up an error message
On contacting customer care you are spoken to by a team who are rude and unhelpful
If you are keen to buy a suit or indeed anything from Hugo Boss, I would advise you not to . They will not give you a refund
