I cannot put in to words how horrific my experience has been with this company.
I required a shirt for a wedding. A plain white dinner shirt. A simple process you would think?
I viewed Hugo boss website which supposedly displays live stock for their branches. I visited over 5 of their London branches which were displaying as having stock but of course, none of them did.
I then visited their Guildford branch which again displayed on their website as having stock. I arrived to find the shop doesn’t even exist!! Can you believe it? Probably not…
I then called their Westfield branch and confirmed over telephone that they had the stock and requested they hold it for me. upon arrival, they handed me a bag containing the shirt, only for me to discover that the one they’d held was 3 sizes too small. They then advised me to order the shirt online and pay £20 for delivery, which I did. I returned to my car and suddenly realised that the shirt they’d handed me in store had someone else’s name on, so I returned back to the store and asked them to check again, at which point they found the shirt I’d reserved and sold it to me. I returned home and put the shirt on on the day of the wedding, to discover that the shirt had been WORN and was covered in sweat. I couldn’t quite believe it.
In the meantime, I’d also ordered a bow tie which after 14 days in transit was suddenly cancelled and never arrived!
I’m now enduring the hellish task of trying to communicate with their customer services team who keep sending me the same email over and over, have offered no form of compensation, and have simple advised that I drive 60mins each way to return the worn shirt to their store. It’s an absolute disgrace and this company should not be operating.

CANARY WHARF STORE MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOUR A LEGITIMATE REFUND ON £580 SUIT. Also, poor quality clothes.
I purchased a Boss suit from a different Boss store. I was going to a last-minute function and had no time to try it on. I asked if I would be able to refund it if it was unworn and the store said I could. They even gave me a small discount. Unfortunately, the suit did not fit so 3 days later I took it to my local Canary Wharf store. The manager happened to serve me. He was immediately unhelpful and obstructive. He told me that he would not refund it as it was a sale item (which it was not). I explained that it was not and that the other store had categorically confirmed that it could be refunded. He was not interested. I called the store I purchased it from, and a number of other Boss stores and they all confirmed they would happily refund the suit. Unfortunately, they are much further away from me so it’s much more inconvenient. I’m very disappointed as I’ve purchased quite a lot of clothing from this store in the past. At my last trip, I purchased around 8 work shirts in different colours. All of the shirts had long, loose threads hanging out from the inside and also coming off a number of the buttons. Literally, every shirt. My dry cleaner had to fix each of them when taken in for cleaning and pressing. I would strongly avoid purchasing anything at this store and I would question purchasing from Boss in general, particularly work shirts. I have since found a tailor who makes bespoke work shirts for a similar price, a better fit and much higher quality. I am going to raise a complaint with their head office.

Just read their bit about racism on their website. It forgets to mention hugo boss designed nasi uniforms and their founder was a fully paid up member. Just thought I'd make you aware if you're not already, as they certainly won't. Just thought it a bit rich for them to take the moral high road, lets not forget history.
Bought 2 pairs of chinos in the sale
Bought 2 pairs of chinos in the sale, purchase was easy and dispatch notice given with UPS link, so far so good.
Delivery scheduled for 2 dates but neither arrived.spoke on the webchat who quite honestly was as useful as a chocolate fire guard and said it will be with you today! Guess what happened it didn’t happen. Spoke with them again and they just said email customer services as we can’t do anything!
Emailed CS and still waiting a response, eventually rang them to be told they would email the courier and I was to await a reply via email (faceless CS)
Today I got a response saying the items had been lost and a refund with the usual delay will happen, no apology, no offer to send the items again as CS can’t do that and I would need to reorder.
Icing on the cake was when I went on the site to find items where now full price so thank you HG for the pathetic CS when all it needed was please order again with the original discount as a sorry!
I will never order direct again as they do not value customers.

Cheap Material on their sport range. Tracksuit and tops get bobbles within a few days of use. Especially the pocket linings. Horrible quality. Good design. RRP around £100 for the bottoms not worth £40. The quality is far worse than I thought and these were purchased from their direct store.
Their jumpers hold up well but if you compare their materials to Nike, Nike should be selling their clothes for hundreds..

Horrible experience with online shop. Live chat is totally useless, customer service just keeps on ignoring me, either you get a generic reply to wait or no reply at all. They received my returned order a month ago, still no refund, no reply. The reason for return - poor fabric quality. Will not shop there anymore.

Been buying many boss items over the years for my son & haven’t had any trouble, but bought a pair of headlow boss shorts from jd and my son has literally worn them 8 hours & they’ve gone bobbly even though it’s cotton, I haven’t even washed them . Not happy at all I probably won’t be purchasing boss items again as the material is not what it use to be . I’ve put in a complaint to jd so waiting on the pathetic reply

I bought a wallet so you can't get this review removed by TP as I have had a genuine buying experience in coherence with their user guidelines.

Westfield Hugo Boss Store: Poor customer service
Westfield Hugo Boss Store, arrogant staff member. Went to return a sales item after the due day. Customer services said it was fine and you can get credit for it. But Westfield one staff member disagreed with customer service. We cannot accept this, we need a email from customer service really? This is how this arrogant staff member treats customers, offering no alternatives. Well we checked with customer services and no email is required so he lied. Wow the money you spend and this is how they treat you. I must say when we rang customer services, they are exceptional but the staff member at Westfield Hugo boss store, totally arrogant.

Purchased a couple of items from them. Very very poor quality. Fabric tore when I went to wore the item on the first occasion. Their ‘Customer Care’ department needs a new name. Something which contains couldn’t care less is more appropriate
