Boston Proper has become my go to for quality clothing. I also love their always fashionable selections. My favorite items in my closet are all Boston Proper!

I have been shopping at Boston Proper for years. I love the styles and wearable outfits.

I called to cancel order 2 minutes after the order was completed not realizing that the credit card that automated was incorrect. After calling Boston Proper right away they said they cannot cancel the order with the understanding that I would reorder with a different credit card, and they declined that request. Bad customer service.

The quality, variety and stylish unique designs available with pretty consistent sizing! Great customer service as well!! I've been a customer for years and it's so good to see they've amped up their quality and designs once again!!

Boston Proper has beautiful, quality clothes that are unique, fashionable, and flattering. They have a wonderful selection for all aspects of living. I constantly have compliments on what I'm wearing. I've been buying from BP for years.

Noting the varied ages of your customers, provided range in styles work well for an array of preferred wardrobe choices. Need more pant inseam options for 'slightly' taller women, i.e. 5'8 to 5'10; not a big fan of hems above the ankle.

Work-around suggestion may be to allow a bigger hem or cuffs to allow alterations 'as needed'.

Boston Proper has beautiful dresses. I can always find something that's both bohemian and classy with quality workmanship.

I have been shopping with Boston Proper for years and I believe half of the clothes in my closet are from Boston Proper! I love the selection, the sizing is consistent and the quality is awesome! I always get compliments on my clothes!

Love this store so much. Such classy clothes for women over 60. Nice quality and prices with sales. The only thing I would ask and would make for a better shopping experience is to offer free shipping always.

It was fast. HOWEVER, the site offered to send me a code for a discount and it NEVER SENT THE CODE.
I've had an issue last year with BOSTON PROER where you advertised shoes on sale but when I ordered them, they were back to full price and you told me that the sale ended.False Advertising from my perspective!!
