Poor customer service communication. I'm happy to say that after numerous emails they finally resolved ny issue by providing me with the correct size and colors. I would continue to shop with them due to the various styles and materials.

The dress I ordered today, says in stock.
I hope so.
However a couple of days ago I tried to order it at a lower price and they said out of stock.
It seems like this happens a lot.

I love Boston Proper for its quality and style. However, I have to pass up many things I would buy because all the clothing is for women much taller than 5 feet.

Love the quality and honest sizing of their clothing. I would love to see slightly longer styles with higher necks or turn around styles to make them modest when needed. I’m taller and long waisted so not every item looks great.

Your merchandise are quality and unique, but you need to expand your sizing to plus size. I only make order when I really like the item and it fit comfortable. That fact that plus sizes are not available stop me from making many purchases from Boston Proper.

Boston Proper can make a good fit for all sizes. They design nice clothing that is durable and wearable. I have a couple of travel suits that need zipper replaced. I can easily repair those item.
