Great product, good price and fast delivery

I ordered ropes and Antifreeze on Sunday 5th of November. Price of Antifreeze well below it's compeditors, for the same item. Made an error in the number of ropes I required so dropped them an email which was responded too early on Monday. The order was rectified immediately and money returned to my account without delay. I was also refunded for half the delivery cost as I had placed my orders separately and had paid delivery on both items. Delivery arrived on Wednesday morning. Overall a very positive experience.

Service was fine to a point in getting the order out. However courier advised by email that delivery would occur on Thursday last and I was in all day. Delivery didn’t happen till I was away on Friday. Package was thrown over entrance gate and lay on ground in rain for 24 hours. It was undamaged but jammed up the gate when I arrived. It could have been a total loss and damaged gate mechanism. I got no call about delivery. I do but see my number on the label so courier could not call me.
So this was unsatisfactory

the sail palm i received was of a different design than the one a friend showed me and gave me the link so i could order. it is much neater and fits my hand well. i have mobility problems with my hands and this palm sail is perfect for helping me push needles through stronger materials and vinyls that i line bags with.
please thank the designer for me.
