AWFUL. Incomplete order, damaged items, expensive, paid £14.99 for delivery as over £150 order (!!!!) and still took a week.
They do NOT reply to emails or via their facebook page. Avoid this crap company like the plague until they start responding. Such a huge disappointment.
Automated emails are a joke.
I need to speak to someone as return postage is £40 and I have questions. Can’t upload videos to them showing various faults.

Really trying to return my stools and no one is replying to my emails, keep receiving an automated reply, and no answer phone messages returned

Total scam, no dining table. No customer service, no contact phone number. Only automated emails saying deliveries are late.
Reported to credit card company at to get my money back.

Terrible customer service. I’ve had a nightmare trying to get my refund back- STILL NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND OF OVER £100. Email nearly everyday and contacted their instagram with no constructive or consistent response. I was promised my refund by a certain date and I’m still waiting. Will not buy from them again and would not recommend!

Really poor quality items that I realised could be bought cheaper elsewhere. They wanted to change £3 per retuned item, then despite 3 emails to them they didn't answer my queries about return postage costs. Their T&Cs are unclear, all very disappointing, I would not shop with them again and would not recommend Bothy Blue to anyone.

Wouldn’t buy again as the quality of the item was very poor- a velvet chair with 3 of the leg fixings not in place (just holes in the wood that were sharp) Initially they said they would replace but every email just gets “the item is still not available” I’ve given up emailing now which I guess is what they want.

I have ordered 8 dining chairs from this company, the delivery was great I received them within a week. Very happy 😃

Really pleased with the company. After reading some of the reviews I was worried my order would be late or not in full. HOWEVER I ordered 4 gorgeous chairs which arrived within the time frame specified along with the free coasters. Really pleased. They were easy to build and look fab! Will definitely be shopping again with them! 5*****

Do not buy from this company! Have had an absolute nightmare with them. Late delivery, wrong chair sent, no refund as yet, no contact from the office, no apology. After posting on this last week i was private mailed by others with the same issues. Order from one of their direct suppliers. Have been blocked off of Instagram for warning people. Will be contacting trading standards tomorrow as it has just become a joke now.

I ordered and paid for a stool from this company 12 days ago - delivery says 5-7 days and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent emails which haven’t had any response. There is no contact number so I dont really know what to do now! Really bad customer service which is a shame as their stuff is lovely.

Completely unacceptable. I ordered fairy lights for a birthday present, the delivery date was stated 5-7 days. It has now been over 9 days, they have still not been dispatched. There is no way of contacting the company- they do not respond to emails, and an automated response just says that you may have to 'wait longer for your order'. There is no telephone number, and when I tried to contact someone via Instagram they just blocked me. Terrible customer service!

I absolutely love this site, on my third order and have no problems. Arrive on time and great quality. The Gold Solaire mirror looks fabulous in my hallway.

As with two other reviews on this site, I ordered 4 chairs from Bothy Blue.
It took weeks to receive the seats to my chairs. A constant ongoing battle with Yodel (their delivery company). I have had no acknowledgement from BothyBlue.
I am still awaiting the legs to go with my seats to actually make the chairs useable.
No email has been responded to except for an incorrect tracking number. The money for these items was taken from my account weeks ago.

As always with online sites my initial order is always a small one but I must say I'm delighted with my purchase! Well packaged super quick delivery and a quality product. Well chuffed
