The sales associate that assisted us was a consummate professional... a pleasure to deal with, helpful but not overly so, and knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant.
Also, your selection of curtain rods is amazing... you should let more people know about it, because you kick Home Depot's butt!

It was the first time I visit Bouclair, there was a signs for 50%, I took a curtain was under the sign and asked an employee about the price she told me 39.99 after the sale 50% so it will be 19.99. I took 4 curtains and went to the cash, after payment I noticed a different price I asked the cashier she told me: no the sale on this item is only 25%.
I was really disappointed even where I took the curtains there was a big sign for 50%.

The fragrance in the store keeps inviting me to that store. It’s literally like therapy . I just love being in the store , love the decor and the cashier was very nice and friendly

Very inviting when walking into the store. Knowledgeable and pleasant team. Great music. Very well organized and had no problem to find what I needed.

My experience in the store was good, but the curtains that I purchased were supposed to be 96 inches each and one of the panels was 94 inches. A very large discrepancy. This made hemming the panels very challenging.
