The cashier at the counter was chewing…

The cashier at the counter was chewing gum and did not seem to care much about portraying a great customer service experience. I think its rude to be having a conversation with a customer while chewing gum. We visited the Erin centre location in Mississauga . Associate : 22720

I had planned for a quick stop but…

I had planned for a quick stop but Sheetal did a fabulous job of making sure I got what I came looking for and more. Spent about 45 mins and I’m definitely coming back again. Fabulous collection and very courteous staff. Way to go guys 👍

I found everything I was looking for…

I found everything I was looking for all in one stop at Bouclair. The products are well designed and of very good quality. The customer service I received was amazing, let me take my time in selecting items and offered very good advice. I’ve been spoiling at Bouclair for many years and will continue to do so!

Erika

Erika, is amazing. She always goes above and beyond every time I come into the store. She’s one of the main reasons I love shopping there. She’s always helpful and has a smile on her face. Such a great person to deal with, an asset to the store!

Good curtain prices and selections

We can find the curtains quite quickly. The price with the 25% discount is truly fantastic. And there are enough choices. The cashier lady is very courteous and helpful (her code is 22812, sorry, I didn't notice her name).

Staff

I witnessed the store manager/supervisor treat an employee poorly. She was raising her voice and was loud enough to hear on the other side of the store. It was obvious the employee had made some sort of error during a transaction. The manager said “i can tell by the look on your face that you don’t understand what you did wrong, so you clearly need to go and think about it.”
This is not conducive of a healthy and respectful workplace environment. I understand that employees need feedback to learn and grow, however the way she spoke to this employee was not constructive feedback, it was berating, belittling and bullying.
The employee then helped cash out my purchases and was clearly flustered by the interaction with the manager.
I have to say this employee was very pleasant and cheerful. She was the first one to greet me when I entered the store and did it with a smile. Even after being yelled qt by her manager, she was still pleasant.
You should consider yourself lucky to have an employee like her.
In the future I hope this employee receives an apology from the manager or whoever she was. I will not be returning to this location as this type of behaviour is unacceptable.

Sales person very friendly and helpful.

Greeter at door wishing people Happy Mothers Day was unnecessary and insensitive. Not everyone is or has a mother. It’s rude and presumptive to say Happy Mothers Day to people just because they are female. It could be the most painful day in the year for some and a review of company policy may be warranted.
