Bouden's coaches arrived on time, were exceptionally clean and both drivers were pleasant despite it taking over an hour top get our bags from the airport. Company responded quickly to all our queries. Would be very happy to use them again.

Very professional company, sent full itinery including timings and destinations. The night prior provided our drivers contact details. Our driver Qais was fantastic, very professional and although we hit a standstill on the motorway for over an hour we still arrived just in time.

Great service. Needed a minibus quickly and it couldn't be better. Great communication from the driver to help find the vehicle, he also drove professionally and safely.

Apart from a mix up with booking, which was very stressful, I was very pleased with the company. The bus was nicer than I had expected, both drivers were lovely and customer service team were also good. Would have been a 5 star review if not for the mix up

Booked a Bouden’s mini. Bus for 15 ladies to go to see Moulin Rouge in London. From booking, pick up & drop off the whole process was excellent. Lovely driver, immaculate & comfy coach. Plus great value for money. Special thanks to the driver who not once complained to our loud laughter & music. Highly recommend.

The coach was clean, comfortable and on time. The company is competitively priced . The customer service has been excellent and best of all the driver was lovely. Very pleasant and helpful we felt very safe. All of this helped make our day at the seaside a great success. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish for our trip to York races. The minibus was in good and clean condition and very comfortable. Both our drivers were punctual, courteous and flexible.

Cannot recommend Bouden highly enough.

My experience with Bouden Coach Travel was decent since we completed the journey on time and without incident, despite the fact that the driver made a few mistakes. I think we made a solid investment in the coach, so I think we were entitled to the greatest treatment, but I don't think we got it. The driver was fine on the way to the beach, but when we got there, we were on the EAST side of the beach when we wanted to be on the WEST, and he refused to take us, which was a great inconvenience for my family and I. The good news is that we were eventually picked up from there, but on the way back we only stopped at one service stop rather than two as had been agreed upon with the previous driver. The new driver then tried to rush 21 passengers to the service within 5 minutes, which I believe is impossible given that the coach was parked at least 5 minutes from the service location. He even said, "We better hurry up," which I felt to have been rude. As a result, the service did not live up to my expectations, given that I paid a significant sum for the bus and so anticipated at least the bare minimum. Thank you very much!
