The Friendly Inn Residential Care Home, used your company on the 26/04/23, to take our Residents to The Black Country Museum, this was the first time using yourselves, and we was extremely happy with the Service Provided, the transport arrived on-time, made all residents and staff feel safe and the coach was comfy for our vunerable adults. The driver was very polite and nothing was too much trouble.
Once again Thankyou and we will definetley be using yourselves in the near future. :)

From booking to trip date communications were great, Sophie was a great help. The drivers were punctual, polite and happy to go over and above to deliver the best service. The coaches were modern, clean and comfortable. All in all, very happy with the service. Thank you

Shocking company, driver failed to turn up leaving a group of us stranded in the early hours of the morning, no offer for alternative transport, zero customer service.
Use another coach company unless you like walking.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They left me and 30 other friends stranded at 4 in the morning on the day of my best friend’s stag holiday. They were supposed to drive us to Luton so we could catch our flight. It took about 30 minutes for us to get through to the emergency helpline and when finally through, we were told the driver had not turned up. Simply not good enough. This coach was booked MONTHS in advance. And to make things worse the apology was lack luster and the whole group was refunded £50. 50 f****** pounds! Yet they were very happy to take over 1k off us for the booking. Disgusting! Avoid like the plague.

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish! From Sophie and Morgan working on our booking to Shane, our driver - everyone was so helpful and friendly.

It was great to hear from Shane prior to the trip to give us peace of mind he was on his way and again had arrived to pick us up. He is a fantastic driver and navigated around London and through torrential rain incredibly well.

Our school visit to the Houses of Parliament was fantastic and the minibus supplied via Boudens was first class. The vehicle was clean and spacious and the driver was very courteous and professional getting us there and back on time. Would fully recommend them in the future.

Khalifa was very friendly and took his time with us. He made the day feel like we was driving with a friend.

The mini bus itself was so nice, spacious and the teenager and adults loved the USB charging points !!!

Thank you to Ali who drove us on our return trip from London. He was looked after us and we felt safe in his hands. We certainly recommend Boudens travel, the booking and information process was smooth, and there is always a person on the other end of the phone.

The booking was simple and straightforward to process. Our driver was Tahir who turned up in plenty of time, was very friendly and couldn't of asked for a better driver!

The executive minibus itself was clean, modern and at a good price too.

Im very unhappy with this company. I booked and paid a depisit for a trip going in march next year. This was 2 weeks ago. I received a confirmation email from them and assuming all was sorted i refused all other quotes i had received. Yesterday i received an email from them saying that they had just realised that my booking date coincided with the Cheltenham cup weekend and as availability is low they need to add another £300 onto the price. They blamed a blip in their system. Whilst i understand mistakes happen, im disgusted that they now expect me to either pay this extra money or have my deposit paid back. Not very professional in my opinion.
