Boundary Supply Reviews 

I was part of the Kickstarter for Chase pants. After not recieving my pants for 1,5 Years I tried contacting them. Guess what, because the pants were too difficult to make they stopped making them. And they also stated that since there are no refunds for Kickstarter I wouldn't get my money back. So all in all I just got scammed. Don't believe their lies. Never buy here.

New update: I had posted a review to website, confirmed it thru email and went back to check if they replied and guess what its gone!!! Do not trust this company

I dont have anything good or bad to say about there products because I haven’t received it yet! I ordered a bag in early February, the website said you will receive in march, then it said April and then they told me it would come in June I check in with them again and now they say august. Honestly for the price of the bag I almost expect it be delivered in person!

I cant see them lasting very long as company…..I mean they have people reviewing the bags on there website how is this possible?? If they were on preorder when i ordered it! The reviews have to be fake.

I start searching around and I am not the only they have done like this. It’s starting to feel like i being scammed or punk’d.

Great products, quick and kind support. Sustaineble boxes. High quaility in every aspect.

I am not happy with the rift pack, after 2 months of wear the material looks like it going to tear apart.

Thanks for the photos. Unfortunately, we would deem this as normal wear and tear, especially seeing as how this does not affect the functionality of the bag and is purely aesthetic. We would not be able to replace this under our warranty, my apologies here.

This is the third time I ve backed your products and this is the way treatment i ve received, i find it rude.

I am very disappointed on how you deal with your old customer and also disappointed about the riftIt s my last time backing you!

I’ve had my bad about 3 to 4 years now and It is still fantastic. I use it everyday and no issues. I bought 2 additional ones for family members and they love it too. 100% recommend.

It's really an insightful backpack. I love all about it, though some stuff feel like they could be better. Adding extra pillows on the straps, adding two buttons on the top/inside of the bag so it can handle much more capacity. Price is also a bit too much, but I come from Bosnia, so I'm not really to judge on that department.

Boundary prime is an outstanding backpack. Materials, quick magnetic system, versatility, comfort and aesthetics will not disappoint you. The only thing I found to be improved: The top little pocket gets a difficult access when the main cavity is full, looks like the bag is designed to work properly when used as everyday medium loaded backpack.

TL,DR: Amazing versatile bag, exceptional customer service, definitely a product to consider when looking for multi-purpose flexible backpack.

I have been looking for a backpack for a while now, that combines everything I need: appropriate protection for my DSLR camera, protective case for my laptop, durability and flexibility with not too much pockets, but just the right amount.
The Boundary Prima System is an amazing product, its versatility isn’t only outstanding when preparing for an activity or a simple workday, but you can even transform the bag after you let home.
Like when your backpack gets full of stuff you acquire during a trip (or groceries, or your coat when it gets warmer in the afternoon), you can easily pop out the camera bag and attach it to the side of the main backpack. This means you can access your camera the same easy way, while increasing the useful volume of the bag. The straps are very comfortable, have nice ventillation. Despite the bag being a few grams heavier than lightweight backpacks (which I knew before purchasing) it feels very comfortable even with heavy loads.
When my package arrived, it was faulty: accidentally the opposite connector was sewn on my camera bag. After an email, 1 night of waiting, and a very kind reply from Allison from the Boundary team, my replacement bag was on the way.
I take it to the office, skiing, hiking: this bag really excels in all situations.

The experience was great everything got expedited with out any issues, thank you.

really good materials not as big as it seems with a bit too many pockets but great for small and some larger tech items definitely a good eye catcher as well

It's a great backpack. Likely the best in my life so far 😁 I am enjoying the ergonomics of it every day. Only one thing puzzles me: straps inner cloth become 'hairy' as threads started to stick out. I'm not sure if that is my problem or general.

I have not received my package and I have no information where it is located.

I love the products and great Customer Care. I must admit that I have doubts before but not when I used the products :)

That’s my 5th product of Boundary Supply. Still the best products. That’s all to say.

I so enthusiastic about products of Boundary Supply. High quality and durability and very very beatiful design.

Very comfortable pants with excellent wearability range. I've used them rigorously since receiving them from skiing to walking the dog and working to lounge wear. Would not recommend for temperatures above 50f even with the vents open. I love them however the zipper failed on one pocket, 4 months in. We'll see how the warranty department handles the repair.
