Wow. That's such a flippant reply from Boundary. No explanation given. No effort to improve their delivery systems or customer service. It's like the delay wasn't their problem. I was hoping for something more sincere.

I placed this order along with an accessory. The accessory notification and delivery information was amazing and delivered almost immediately.

This main item however was like it seems left behind. Only when I received a survey question for the product that I replied I had not received the item.

Fast service, even internationally.

I recently received my Aris backpack and the Stasis sling. Boundry Supply makes great products. I was notified of a delivery delay which was no fault of Boundry. Based on my past excellent experience with Boundry, I knew they were doing all they could to make sure their pack and accessories were delivered to their customers in a timely manner. The Aris pack and the Stasis sling did not disappoint. Great products that I will get years of use.
I highly recommend Boundry Supply. They offer excellent products and customer service.

Everything was very good, but the website unfortunately puts a strain on the computer's processor, which affects a quality experience.

While my first order’s fulfilment was slightly protracted, it was understandable given the combination of international delivery logistics and current world events. Nevertheless, tracking updates were provided promptly, and I’ve been nothing short of delighted with the Errant Pack I received.

Sadly, the pending order - placed around two weeks ago - has yet to produce any updates regarding its fulfilment status, let alone the provision of a tracking number.

While I have faith that I haven’t been forgotten, the lack of communication is somewhat disappointing.

Outside of that, my experience with the site has generally been pleasant, with the breadth of quality accessories on offer being a highlight. Any issues I’ve had with regards to navigation have been negligible hiccups surrounding the implementation of cookies, which I’m also confident is more to do with browser issues on my side.

I ordered a backpack and lots of accessories on the 29 of january. I received a parcel on the 1 of february and was very happy about the incredibly quick shipping. Unfortunately the most important item, the backpack was missing. I immediately contacted the support team and they told me that they will ship the backpack separately and that it would take longer because of a different way of shipment. So the long wait begun. On the 1 of march I finally received the backpack and I questioned the support team why it was not shipped the same express way as all the accessories. The answer was that they don't have control over international shipping. But why was the first shipment so super fast? And the second one took over 3 weeks? I still don't understand how they can treat customers like that.

Started off seeing the Arclite sling was no longer in stock; messaged the folks at Boundary supply and they responded with quickly with details when it'll be back in stock. Was told they'll let me know and they did send a follow up email when to expect it and pre-order. Fast forward to present and it's now my second favorite bag right behind my Goruck Echo. Great communication and equally great product!

Very disappointed in handling the order. A lot of promises before it was fulfilled. If something happens like this, should offer at least any freebies to satisfy your customers.

The stasis is an excellent product. Attaches to my Arris securely and increases storage space when in backpack mode, but allows me to go light when I just want a smaller sling. Heavy duty material that appears capable of shedding water when it rains (haven’t checked out that feature yet).
