Very awful experience the company lied about my parcel not clearing through Turkish customs when I tried to return a parcel from the UK. My courier service Parcelforce Worldwide Global Priority conducted an investigation and were able to confirm that the parcel definitely cleared customs but Boutique Ottoman did not take the parcel. I paid a lot of money for the parcel to reach Turkey. I sent evidence to a supervisor at Boutique Ottomans but they did not reply.

The Zultania ring that I ordered is awesome! The silver ring 925 looks very great and the quality of the stone is amazing great looking! time of delivery it was much faster than I expected. The ring size is true to fit. I would highly recommend Boutique Ottoman to anyone looking for a quality ring.
And i really really hope that the Zultanite stone is original and real natural.
Coz i dont have the courage yet to checking zultanite stone to the lab in my country…

Is this really worth it🤔
My first order a while back via my sister for a tasbih was a great experience, and the product was in immaculate condition.
This time, I ordered 3 tasbihs myself, and 2 of them were in a b-stock shape, with bad overall finish.
Customer services was arrogant and not very helpful nor understanding, so this will be my last order from this site. Ever...
Because of this and many other customers experience with fake stones, I won't be ordering rings that i was hoping to do after ramadan for many of us.

I have bought the Hurrem sultan emerald ring. Their delivery was fast. They reply to email promptly. But I am suspicious about the emerald. They said the emerald is lab grown original emerald. Ordered the Hurem ring with amethyst center stone . I have worn it a few times and one of the stones fell out already . No I am not wearing while working , cleaning or rigorous activity . The ring was not impressive to begin with . Looked poorly made . As it showed a few problem areas on the metal holding the round white stones and the inner shank of the ring has discoloration that is not tarnish relieved by a polishing cloth . Now I’m reading on reviews shipping costs are very high priced for returns . Very disappointed with this purchase especially for what it cost . Caveat Emptor when buying from this company .

Ring great, service to be desired
I was given a beautiful cameo and marcasite ring for Christmas by my husband. I had been admiring it online for quite awhile and had actually sent a message to Ottoman Boutique social media (facebook) with no response still to this day, and I messaged awhile before Christmas.
In any event the ring is gorgeous, thick quality silver and beautifully crafted. The packaging is very luxe and pretty. 10/10 for the product. The gift with purchase was also very appreciated.
