I bought 2 agate rings. One for myself and another for my Father as a birthday gift. He loved it a lot. The design is simple yet elegant. The rings delivery was very fast, from where I lived (Singapore). It took about three days to receive the rings. Coupled with the Certificate also warranty card, it came with a luxurious packging box, not forgetting the golden ribbon to complete the majestic look. To add, free cloth for the ring cleaning was also included.
It was a perfect gift for both my father and myself!

I don’t understand how people gives bad feedback to Boutique Ottoman. I tried lots of company over internet for gemstone jewelry but most of them are fake. At the end Thanks God I found Boutique Ottoman and now i am regular customer of them. Boutique Ottoman crafts are unique and special. Also they are real silver and real handmade. You can feel quality once on your hands. Also stones are AAA+ grade. I think bad feedbacks from competitor’s because competitors has no chance when Boutique Ottoman on market.

I purchased, but it doesn't look anything like the picture. The metal work is beautiful, but the Jade is smaller, faceted, high polished and looks more like beads than stone. Very disappointed.

Try adding a negative comment on a product and you will see that they will never approve it. My previous one was deleted. I have add one more 1star rating comment as I speak on this item "Raw Collection Hand Engraver Turquoise Ring" . If you don't see it then that proves my point.

I had also asked them why don't you allow customers to upload actual product images but they paid no heed. The ring is decent but the stones being used are below par. And don't rely on the return policy too much. The return shipping fees will make it useless.

Yes I was logged in when I commented. And if you don't allow non logged in users to leave a comment then why do you even allow them to comment in the first place ?

In my case the issue was with the stone. So why should the customer be paying for the return shipping for the manufacturers fault ?

You asked me to provide a report from some approved institute called "GIA" just to prove the stone is substandard. Do you really think individual customers have time and knowledge on how to get that ?

I bought the modern men's square ring with Agate or Aqaaq (a gem with many noted qualities beyond just beauty) - it has a kind of Arabic motif on the sides and I can't stop looking at it, and it's been a few days that I have been wearing it. Really gorgeous, and it's weight and design translate into staying more put on one's finger...the silver is starting to take on this wonderful patina sheen. The second ring had a larger agate stone that did come out, but I understand that some rings don't allow for the agate to be secured by metal and this is done by using glue, a practice that is required for certain pieces of jewellery. They will repair it, but a little bit of glue does it...yes, the agate is real and not plastic... I've ordered another men's modern ring and a Star of Solomon pendant and a "simple" or modern ring for my wife. ....Update: I have been wearing the three rings for a few months and the silver gets more and more beautiful with age and develops an aged patina look - gorgeous.... and all the stones stay very sturdily in place...super happy.

I ordered a agate stone ring on 15/01/2022, paying USD96, the item delivered within the set time and came in a wonderfully packed little box, only to see inside of it the ring came in two pieces. Stone came off its frame. Heart sunk at the sight of it but it gave me an opportunity to see the stone up close. It was not agate stone, not even any kind of stone. It was a hard plastic material, nicely cut to fit into the ring face frame. Realised I have been conned by this botique ottoman guys. I should have known better from the reviews on their web page, the hint I failed to notice, they got only 5star positive reviews posted there. There left not a single 4 star or 3 or 2, not even a review commenting a single discrepancy of any kind! All are 5 starts with praises of their supreme quality and genuineness. I guess being a con they wrote it all up by themselves and pulled it right. Mistake is mine not theirs. I should have been more careful. I am not angry but relieved that I didn't go for what I was originally planning on: buying one ring from each stones! Lesson learned and I am grateful to botique ottoman for being the cause. And do me a favor, don't come and reply with your "product return policy of 30 days and customer rep contacting you" and all. Save it for yourself.

Having read the highly negative reviews here after making my purchase I was a little apprehensive.

However I have no hesitation in helping redress the balance.
Firstly the order arrived a week earlier than the estimated date, despite it being a holiday period.
The ring itself is beautifully crafted and the stone very securely set. I doubt I would have been able to find it anywhere else at such a reasonable price and this applies to the rest of Boutique Ottoman's catalogue.
There will always be instances where people are disappointed with online purchases for whatever reason. However, I suspect there are many more satisfied customers of Boutique Ottoman than dissatisfied who won't have taken the time to provide a review.

Ordered 5 Tasbih worth of $520 AUD. Never felt so dumb of myself because of ordering online. Anyone want to learn how to scam. See how they make their website to feel the customers all items are genuine. The great lesson i learned ordering from you guys, BE SKEPTIC AND NEVER TRUST WHAT IS WRITTEN ON A WEBSITE.

This ring is high quality.

I purchased a ring that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days but it's been a month now and I still didn't receive it and didn't receive a refund either!! They changed the tracking status to delivered and sent me a peace of paper with a signature that is not mine claiming that they have delivered!!!! Customer service did nothing to help, they don't even bother to investigate with their stupid delivery partner. Bunch of scammers stealing ppls money.
