Easy to order online and order was delivered well in a wrapped up protected box, left outside the front door in a safe place.

Purchased the battery powered salt and pepper grinders as firstly I like the sleek look of the shaker and a peep hole to check level of salt or pepper. I was tired of purchasing salt and pepper grinders that would only last a few weeks and I would end up with RSI from trying to turn the top. The battery powered grinders are great, very happy.

Very fast service and delivery. Socks only 20 per cent wool, but still ingood value for money. Ordered two sets of the same size. Received two different sizes - labelled incorrectly by manufacturer. You beauty, one set for my brother and one for me!

Great product, good service, with fast delivery

Stocks Seward's hankies which are getting harder and harder to find. Arrived fast.

The product arrived in a timely way with good communication, BUT the product itself was terrible quality and unwearable. The return cost of $15 flat rate and no returns from marketplace sales means it was a complete waste of my time and money.
The product has no bearing on normal human form. Short tight legs more like a childs size and no space or height in the back to accomodate a bottom and too much space in the front. Unwearable.

The picture in the app made the product looked larger than it was. Yes I should have checked the measurements but was totally shocked to receive a small purse when it arrived

I purchased a hat from Boutique Retailer, but when it arrived it was obviously the wrong one.
When I told Boutique Retailer they claimed the hat they sent me was “part of the same product line, and variations in stitching and material composition can occur between batches”.
This is total rubbish and a blatant lie. The hat I received has a different product label from the one I ordered and its own distinct listing on their website.
Not only that, it is CHEAPER than the one I paid for. That’s effectively stealing and an appalling way to treat a customer who purchases from you in good faith.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Boutique Retailer’s customer service team, as well as sending them photographic proof, I’ve been left out of pocket.
Their response was ‘If you are not satisfied with the item, you’re welcome to return it for a refund’. Of course, that means posting the item back at my own expense, so I lose even more money.
Under Australian Consumer Law, I am entitled to a remedy for products that do not match their description. By refusing to provide a prepaid return label for an item that is clearly not what I ordered, Boutique Retailer is failing to meet their legal obligations to provide a cost-free remedy for a major failure.
I’ve never left a negative review like this before. But why should Boutique Retailer be allowed to get away with such dishonesty?
It’s not even about the money. It’s the principal.
My advice is if you’re thinking of buying something from Boutique Retailer DON’T DO IT.
I’ve now raised a dispute with my financial institution.
A terrible experience that I will not be repeating ever again.

The items were as described and they are the most comfortable cotton nightdress I've ever had. I was delighted I could buy sizes too big and have an oversize nightie. I've told another friend too.

Excellent service .. so easy - easier than going to Bunnings. Product was ordered on a Tuesday and delivered the following Monday - to Far North Queensland - amazing.
