Product ordered 28th Nov. Payment taken from my account, since then no news. Nothing received.
My account says I placed three orders for the same thing on the same day, one cancelled, and two pending... with buttons to click to reorder or to pay. In other words, I could pay twice for the same thing and still not get it. There's no cancel click.
My mistake, should have checked, but they use official Disney logo etc.
This is a scam - be aware!
You will get a product - but not what you have ordered.
You have to pay customs fees. On your reclamation they will offer you a 35% refund (but I'm not sure that you will get that in real).
I have reported them to the police and am currently trying to get my money back via card complete.

Not only I have paid 15,99 euros for a disney doll but I had to pay 3 euros for customs.
When I finally received the item I realise that this not the item I have bought (a disney doll), but a cheap fake necklace. I have reported them to the police and International VISA so I can retrieve my money back. Don't fall into the same scam!!!!!
