Bought to balconette bras. I don't have much to work with but they did a lovely job of showing off what I have. They are comfy and well made, and most of all very pretty. It's almost a shame not to show them off as they are so beautiful.

Been to shop in Trafford centre today , not a single staff member helped.
They stood in packs talking to eachother, no one was at changing rooms counter.
After trying few products on I knew I need someone to help me with measurements, but unfortunately there was no one to ask , staff looked unaprocable and was giving looks at costumes judging them a, all staff was busy talking about hope and dreams and weekends plans intend of helping customers.

I have a small body with a larger breasts. I purchased a beautiful item but the knickers that were sent were much to big, I asked to exchange for a smaller size or an exchange they had not been tried on ..... first I was told I couldn't get an exchange then I could but had to send the whole set back, I didnt have time it was for a special weekend away, ruined bad customer service wont be buying again

ALL I WANT IS A REPLACEMENT ORDER DELIVERED CORRECTLY AND THEY ARE NOT HELPING.

Purchased a bikini from them on Tiktok Shop and it did not arrive. It clearly shows on the tracking that delivery was attempted and failed, the courier then went on to leave my parcel with someone else.

I have been trying for days to contact Boux Avenue and they were unreachable. Their live chat and contact form do not work. I then called their CS number today and they REFUSED to help me, told me to contact on tiktok instead. To person on the phone was very rude, very short and very unhelpful and did not even ask for my details. I had to offer them so she knew the order I was referring to.

I finally get through to someone called Angie on Tiktok shop whom was most unprofessional, has bad spelling, an unpleasant attitude and also is clearly struggling with her role. Angie tried to tell me that she cannot help me because 28 days of receiving my order has passed. I didn’t even PLACE my order 28 days ago let alone receive it then. I challenge her about this and she replies with “ohhh true”. Amazing x

Angie then proceeds to tell me that I have to go to a police station if I want her to look into this further. After a lot of back and forth I ended up reporting online and giving them a police reference number, which wasted even more of mine time and was a complete waste of police time too. I hope the company are pulled up on this, I’m tempted to create a further report about Bouc Avenue specifically wasting police time so that THEY can be investigated.

I leave for holiday on Monday and I am still without my item. My tom has been wasted and Boux Avenue are beyond incompetent and awful. I will encourage everyone I possibly can to NEVER shop here, and if this is not resolved by Monday I will be contacting trading standards, raising a charge back and I will also be speaking with a local journalist and getting the word out about this fraudulent awful company.

Visited boux avenue chantry place to get a last minute bra fitting as I was unsure of my recent size, was assisted by Evelyn (904658) and she was so helpful and kind. I sometimes get anxious when shopping but it was such a calm and judgement free experience. Managed to find the size that fit me perfectly and I couldn’t be happier :)

Really poor customer service and product quality. Two products were out of stock and the others were severely damaged.

I have been looking for the right bikini for a long time . I came across this beautiful green balconette bikini on boux avenue . I ordered it , delivery was exceptionally quick . I fell in love with it . I felt confident and it was exactly what I’ve been looking for in a bikini . I would highly recommend. I am one very happy customer . I’ll be ordering a similar one in a different colour .

My daughter and I traveled from Leicester to Birmingham bullring to specifically buy new bras as it had been a very long time since we had new ones and needed help with fitting. This was the 1st time in the store ever. I really feel the need to mention the wonderful Sandra. She helped us with style and fitting. She made the most useful suggestions, but most of all she made us feel at ease and comfortable. She literally made our shopping day. I really hope you can thank her on our behalf. Sandra is a credit to t he store , we collectively purchased 7 bras and 3 knickers. We cant wait to return when we next have a shopping trip and I really hope it will be Sandras day in.

The item arrived promptly but had to return due to sizing but opted for exchange as the item was of good quality and style. This whole process has been very simple and I am more than happy with the service

I visited the Boux Avenue in Westgate Oxford today and wanted Tilly to know how welcoming, approachable and friendly she was. I took her advice and help with finding the right size and I’m so glad I did, I feel so much more comfortable in my bras and so pleased with the service I received from Tilly!

Went to the Cardiff store today with my daughter, now I’m somewhat deaf and my hearing aids weren’t working that well, not only was the staff extremely helpful, but when she noticed I was struggling with lip reading she typed everything down for me and asked if it was easier then lip reading. Very helpful and catering without me having to try and ask. They made me and my daughter feel welcomed. Will be going again
