Great service from David at Coggeshall Mill

Terrible build quality
Shocking customer service,even when go to director level complaint
Sites seems to be run by mostly really bad contractors
Don’t give up on a complaint, we have had 22 months of hell
We moved in on 30/08/24
We have gone to the New Homes Onbudsman, remember you have to put a complaint with them with in the first two years

My experience was very disappointing. The property had several snagging issues. Some problems may be addressed if you’re fortunate, but many seem to become the buyer’s responsibility. Based on my own experience, I find it difficult to reconcile it with many of the positive reviews posted here. I encourage prospective buyers to inspect the property thoroughly before making a decision.

I wanted to take the opportunity to express our sincere thanks to Sarah Sweeney, Director of Customer Services and the entire team for the time, effort, and care that went into putting our new home right following our snagging report.
We are truly delighted with the standard of work completed, the professionalism shown throughout, and the way the whole project was delivered. What could have been a stressful process was managed exceptionally well, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone involved in helping turn our house into a home.
A special mention must go to Daniel and Lewis, who were both friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and it was clear that they genuinely wanted to ensure everything was put right to the highest standard. Their positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed.
We would also like to thank Sarah for her outstanding coordination and attention to detail. The schedule of works she put together, involving multiple contractors and trades, was organised seamlessly and ensured the project ran smoothly from beginning to end. Her communication, dedication, and proactive approach were instrumental in making everything happen.
Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to everyone involved. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful for the commitment shown by the entire team.

I had problems with our solicitors. Andre and Charlotte were very understanding, helpfully and reassuring. I can not fault the sales team.

My experience so far has been very good, starting with the customer service I received from the initial sales consultant who answered all my questions during my visits and phone calls. Then the customer service from the next sales consultant during the negotiation and the recent reservation of my new home.
This has continued during the early stages and with making my choices for kitchen units, flooring, etc. I hope this continues going forward with exchange and completion.
I've also had my 'Meet the Builder' appointment with the site manager (last week) who has also been extremely helpful with answering questions and taking me across to site to see the plot.

They are very supportive and their customer service is top notch. I was fully supported all through the process.

Great Home Exchange experience moving to Bollin Grange in Macclesfield. Annette, our dedicated Sales Consultant, was amazing. She communicated brilliantly throughout and in such a friendly and engaging manner too. We love our new home and we’re still excited by it after a few weeks living there. Huge applause to Annette and the team, who made our experience so personal, effortless and enjoyable!

The sales consultant at Pickford Green , Coventry( Debbie Tierney) is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, and she makes you feel totally at ease with the buying process.
The site managers are also so polite and helpful, doing whatever they can to make you feel secure with your purchase

We have had a wonderful experience with Bovis leanne at the Brambles has been amazing so helpful and kind, All the team are great they all work extremely hard and definitely deserve 5 stars Thank you everyone !!
