Very helpful

Rhodri was extremely helpful and friendly and provided lots of information and options.

Myself and my husband went for a house viewing at Bovi homes Hollingwood lake. The Sales Rep. Rhodri was super amazing. His customer services were very excellent with a personal touch of rapport. He was patient, and explained everything to us carefully especially due to the fact that we were just buying our first home and needed guidance to make the right decisions.
He personally took us to view the plot and explained in detail what the process would be and what the next steps would entail.
He also kept us updated every step of the way with any progress and was very quick to responding to any queries. We could easily reach him via chat or phone call and he was mostly available to help us navigate this complex home buying process.
Rhodri is a star.

From the moment I stepped into the show house, Rod was very attentive, knowledgeable and really most helpful. Currently waiting on a sale of my home so not in a position to move forward yet but fingers crossed and I know i will be able to rely on Rod who will need the patience of a saint

We had a disappointing experience at Bovis Homes (Elgar Park) Worcester recently. We arrived at the sales office intending to book an appointment to secure a house, and since the door was unlocked, we stepped inside. Unfortunately, we were unceremoniously asked to leave as it was an admin day. While we realise we missed the signage on the door, the lack of interest in us as ready-to-go buyers was surprising. A missed opportunity for the sales team, as we’ve now reserved with another developer

We recently reserved a home with Bovis Homes in Littleborough and had a really positive experience throughout the process.

A big thank you to Rhodri, who was excellent from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer our questions in detail. What stood out most was his personal, non-pushy approach — we never felt pressured, which made a big difference when making such an important decision.

The quality of the homes and overall build specification is very high, which gave us real confidence in the purchase. The application process was also smooth, with a supportive and responsive team guiding us every step of the way.

Overall, a great experience so far and we’d definitely recommend Bovis Homes based on our journey to date.

Location is lovely, Lisa was very helpful and more then willing to show me the different houses available, she was polite and professional too.

Our sales consultant David at the pinhoe development has been an absolute star so far in our process, he is always so polite and welcoming.

Very helpful sales team and site accessibility

If there was an option of Zero stars I would have rated that. We have purchased our beautiful house in Redlands Village about 2.5 years ago. What was meant to be a beautiful start, turned into Nightmare from day one with major issues still not being resolved. The Bifold door doesnt lock and completely Jams in Summer. The Window is leaking. No smoke/heat alarm in the Kitchen. Several major building regulations not complied with. The Developer has still not resolved any of these major issues and has been ignoring all the major concerns so far. All they have done so far is send several different inspection Engineers, but not apply any resolution.
