Rhodri has been amazing from the first point of contact. He has made the whole buying process nice and easy for us and we would highly recommend!

I wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience with Bovis Homes, particularly the reservations process, which was handled exceptionally well by Rhodri.

From the very beginning, Rhodri made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain each step clearly. Reserving a new home can often feel overwhelming, but his professionalism and attention to detail really put me at ease.

Communication was excellent throughout Rhodri kept me informed, responded promptly to any questions, and ensured everything progressed smoothly. His friendly and supportive approach made a real difference and gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

Overall, the reservations experience exceeded my expectations, and Rhodri is a real credit to Bovis Homes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the company to anyone considering buying a new home.

The Sales Team were very helpful and informative. The rseservation was all competed very quickly. The Location was great. The only let down is what is not included in the price ie kitchen dishwahser ,fridge freezer. hence my 4 stars. Hope when I come to want one there will be one available.

We met Lisa at bovis homes potteric edge Doncaster and the rest is history! She's the most warm welcoming lady I've ever met and was such a great help to us. The site is well maintained and the houses are so well built. Our home is beautiful and we're very pleased with our purchase, highly recommend dealing with Lisa, you won't regret it! Absolute asset to Bovis

It was really nice and easy specially with Jennifer Miah what a lovely sales lady

It was a very good house to live in with family but was bit far away from city centre as my children would get difficult to cope with schools/colleges as currently they are studying.

I found Sales agent Rod, very helpful and supportive.

We had a great experience when buying our first home, the whole process was smooth and all in good timing for when our baby girl arrived early and on the same day we got the keys!
Ami was amazing and John the site manager was great and both so friendly.
Highly recommended.

I visited with my partner today looking to buy a new home at Hollin Bank. Rhodri and Claire were our salespeople and were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Wendy was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and reassure me at different points of my visit. It was really lovely to spend time talking to someone who actually wanted to listen and talk!

Our sales consultant Bev Horan has been superb! She hasnt been able to do enough for us. She hasn’t SOLD this house to us she has basically talked us through all the details and allowed us to make our own informed decision. We can’t wait to move into our new home!

We viewed the development in Kidderminster. Lisa who showed us around was very helpful and answered our many questions!

As this is not our first rodeo with new builds /developments we were pleasantly surprised by the layout of the site [houses not crammed in on one another] and the size of the properties!

I would recommend a visit [but not too many people as we really loved the development and houses so don't want the competition 😉]
