Not as keen on the return envelope without an address and don’t like Evri as return courier. They can be careless.

It doesn’t fit many in and doesn’t seal

Great to have these provided to send the empties back

Preferred the original returns envelope: Could fit 10 pouches inside ( less paper / less delivery journeys so more environmentally friendly) Now I can only fit 4 inside otherwise the envelope tears. All you had to do was take it to the local post office but now you have to print the label ( I no longer have a printer and I would need to buy one ) which I can't, so now I have to drive to an Evri pick up point which is inconvenient. But still highly value that I am able to reduce single use plastic.

I’ve got to collect the pouches first - I’ld rather put it straight into the post though.
