This free-post returns envelope can fit at least four empty refill pouches. Simply follow the guidelines on the envelope to fit them inside.
You can also return any components like pumps, sprays, toothbrush heads that need disposal and we will ensure these get broken down and recycled here in the UK.

I like the concept of returning the empty containers in these free envelopes. It saves the empty containers from entering the tip. I have not used them yet because I've only started using the product two weeks ago.

Thanks for your feedback on this - sorry to hear that you received a prepaid returns envelope without actually receiving pouches in the starter kit! You are welcome to keep the envelope until you have pouches that you return to us in the event that you purchase any refills.

What can you say about it other than it’s a return cardboard envelope to return the pouches in. Has a label and it folds.

I used to love that I could just drop this off at a letterbox, but the recent change to having to drop off at an Evri place (none of which are near me) makes it very unlikely I'll actually return the pouches now.

We are still offering the option for customers to send back their pouches via Royal Mail if they don't have an accessible every option, we will follow up with you in more detail in a direct email for instructions on how to do this.
