Excellent service throughout. Easy to navigate site using manufacturers' codes. Very helpful woman when I phoned for advice. Clear pricing. Fairly prompt delivery which arrived when they said it would. Well packaged with no damaged goods. (Wish they were in Sheffield.)

excellent little gem of a shop
The ladies at Bowland stoves were extremely helpful, polite and professional.
The service was efficient and the lads helped to load up my vehicle with a hearth.
I also used the online service to order a moisture meter and picked it up the day after as i was passing the store with no issues at all would highly recommend them.
