Fantastic service
Ordered a replacement grate bar for my Aarrow Stove from Bowland Stoves. They contacted the manufacturers Arada, who dispatched the part just hours later. Within 23 hours of me breaking the original grate bar, I once again had a fully working stove complete with new part! Fantastic service, thank you Bowland, Arada and DPD.

Excellent service.needed a new baffle plate for stove as the original was starting to crack and warp.despite notice that deliveries could take longer due to covid (which wasnt an issue as it's not fire season yet) it arrived within days earlier then expected so we are all set for the cold weather 👍 would recommend and buy from Bowland stoves again

I ordered and paid £10 next day deliver arrived over a week later, they told me that was a standard charge but a few weeks earlier I ordered a set of Yorkshire grate bars on any day delivery they arrived no postage charge.
