Good company to deal with.
Just fitted new fire bricks in my log burner which requires 10 bricks. I ordered 3 bricks to start with as that's all I could see needed changing but as I started to remove I soon realized that I would need a full set.
All this to-ing and froing was dealt with extremely well by Bowland Stoves which I was grateful for. All the bricks arrived well packaged no breakages and in good time.

Ordered several parts for my multi fuel fire. Upon receiving the goods and checking I found that the ordered door seal was missing. I phoned Bowland and a very amenable person apologised and informed me that the seal would be in the next post. I received it 2 days later. Excellent service many thanks.

Brilliant service, highly recommend. We ordered a part for our wood burner and it arrived very quickly. We realised that the part we had ordered was the correct one, so with a quick call and the help of Carol, the right part was dispatched to us on overnight courier. We received the new part and hurrah, it was exactly what we should have ordered first time. We arranged to courier the first order back and are delighted with the service and care we have received. Highly recommend and delighted with our good as "new" woodburner. A BIG thank you from us! Five Stars all the way......✰✰✰✰✰
