Easy transaction, fast delivery

Searched far and wide seeking parts for a twenty year old stove. Found Bowland stoves, by chance online. I was so lucky. Dealt with Carol who was extremely helpful and courteous.

Had parts, including handwritten instruments which made installation so much easier, delivered to Ireland.

Highly recommend.

Recently ordered a pallet corner unit for my patio and was certainly not disappointed. From order to delivery took about 7 days and Carol was so helpful. The furniture is gorgeous. We had a little wait due to current situation but items were delivered, in good condition and fair price. We would use bowland again for further log burner spares no problem.

I ordered the spare parts for my ACR NEO stove from the Bowland website on Tuesday and they arrived the following Friday with no punitive delivery charges for dispatching to mainland Scotland.

I ordered a replacement glass for our log burner from Bowland Stove. As I don't know the make of our burner, I made a template for them to cut the glass from. There was a slight mistake with the first delivery but this was quickly rectified the following day. Carol was professional, friendly and warm from the start and she dealt with my query following the first delivery in a very professional and helpful way. She made the experience so much better, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bowland to anybody seeking assistance with their stove.
