Great service from this company. We have used them twice now for parts for our two log burning stoves. In both cases goods have been of great quality and as ordered. Small issue with delivery company resolved by Bowland immediately.

Bought a log bar at about £20 but then found that P&P was an additional £10,again OK if it was a decent carrier. They used someone I had never heard of (APC) and gave me 24hrs notice of delivery with no link to the company. Inevitably I missed them. I was able to re-book for another day but no time slots no tracking and a generally poor website. In a nutshell BOWLAND let themselves down by the cost and choice of courier.

Firefox 12 glass in door was cracked. Bowlandstoves had exactly what I wanted I ordered it and was sent straight away.

Took a lot longer to receive item than first stated.
No one contacted to keep us informed of the delay. I had to keep calling to chase and only managed to speak to someone on once out of the many times of calling due to no answer and no answerphone.

Really good service - ashpan for my woodburner broke on Saturday - ordered a new one over the weekend and got it Tuesday! Mother in Law can stay warm over Christmas - Success!!! Many thanks!

Excellent service (as usual) from Bowland Stoves. I've used this company a number of times over the past 2 years to purchase spare parts for my ACR Tenbury inset woodburner - fire bricks, grates, log guard, etc. Bowland Stoves are always professional, and if parts are not in stock, they will source directly from the manufacturer. Delivery has always been through a professional courier firm, with the spare parts very well packed and secure.

A very good company to deal with.
However, the box that the goods were dispatched in was too light for the contents (quite heavy stove parts). The box had given way down along one of the corners. There were also small parts included and it was fortunate that none of these were lost in transit.

Having being unable to source a replacement glass for my stove locally Bowland Stoves had one on their website and it was delivered within 3 days instead of 5 weeks locally. The first glass was the wrong size, not Bowlands fault, and the right size was sent within 2 days and the wrong size collected.
